Group therapy is an opportunity to be heard and work through problems with other people that are struggling with similar problems. Group work can also provide insight from multiple perspectives. We have several groups at our Seattle and Lynnwood locations.

Pacific Mental Health was created for the purpose of serving those in search of mental health services. Whether your search is to become a prospective client or intern, clinicians at Pacific Mental Health have your best interest in mind. We each have studied extensively in our respective areas of therapeutic interest to provide an exceptional counseling experience.
Meet with a therapist wherever you are. Meeting with a counselor or therapist from our tele-health team allows you flexibility of time. Receive help without spending time traveling to our Lynnwood or Seattle locations. There's no worrying about where to park. You can receive therapy in your own space, wherever you feel most comfortable.
Meeting with a counselor or therapist from our tele-health team, our Lynnwood or Seattle locations requires a lot of support, as well as logistical coordination. Our clinicians are supervised by fully licenced mental health professionals with extensive hands on experience working with clients in therapy.
