Awful treatment of tenants. Rather cover mold up and kick out their residents who asked to have it removed instead of putting in the work to rid the mold and make sure it's safe to live in. Also take their sweet time getting things done such as covering said wall up leaving exposed mold In a house with a child who has respiratory issues. If you like health issues, breathing problems and loads of problems with management I suggest that this is the place for you

Management here at Argyle Place simply couldn't be better. They are always there to help assist you during the day. Maintenance people are nice and always come to solve an issue(if there ever is one). I've lived places prior to living here and let me tell you, you're going to love it here. The apartment complex is hidden behind trees, making it a peaceful and quiet residential community. The clubhouse is beautifully designed, and what could be better then diving into a nice cool pool during a hot summer day? Argyle Place mixes modern living with a splash of vintage. It's perfect

I have to say, I love Argyle Place. If you're going to rent in Hickory, I think this is the place to go. The property is really big, spread out with lots of trees and curving roads (not like most apartment complexes I've lived in that are like rows and rows of barracks where all you see is everybody else's doors... can't see more than a couple of doors from my apt., it's like a house in that way). Really beautiful, peaceful, and quiet. Did I mention the pretty grounds? because that reminds me: the two maintenance guys who work and live here, Tom and Mike, are amazing. Tom
