I'd give this place a zero star if that's an option. I can't imagine a more unprofessional and disrespectful place of business than this one. I scheduled an appointment to tour an apartment with one of the people who work here, and when I showed up at their office, no one helped me! I called in the office, no one picked up! I knocked on the door for 15 mins, no one answered the door although there was a car parked by the office, I assume someone was in the office but refused to come out to help me. Wasted my time, gasoline, and destroyed my hope for businesses like this. STAY CLEAR FROM THIS PLACE

It's a decent place, but I wouldn't live here again. The walls are paper thin which means you can hear everything your neighbors do and many people have loud and obnoxious dogs. The apartment overall is very clean and nice (carpet was replaced or deep cleaned before I moved in), but the complex could use some work (I get that no one plays tennis anymore, but we could maybe fix that part of the neighborhood up?). Management is responsive for the most part and maintenance is always quick. Overall a decent place in a good location in Hickory, but I won't be signing another lease here.

I have lived here nearly a year now and have been very happy here. The other tenants are friendly and most part quite and the staff treat they’re tenants with care and kindness. If you have an issue, they are prompt on getting the issue resolved. I love the location of being close to everything and that the apartment complex is in a nice area. I feel safe living alone and walking the area for Exercise. They always leave treats on our doors when a holiday rolls around. The secondary pool in the summer is kept neat and clean and the grass is always kept Manicured and they spray for pest periodically

Beware the change their leasing agreements at anytime. they threaten law suits from their illegal antics. This place is absolutely horrible as a resident who has lived there I can 100% say for a fact that nickel and dime you. I’m so glad my lease was up and I got out before I could. Please do your research there’s better places in hickory to live.
Please please please do not live here. The front desk people are absolute snobs. trash.

Actually, my complaint comes from managements lack of tact and inability to spell remedial property management verbiage and and overall lack of upkeep on both the property AND customer relations.
As a former property manager, I'd advise you to tend to these matters, as well as any discriminatory restrictions you chose when deciding on an insurance provider.
You might pay (marginally) more for a quality carrier, but the protection and freedoms afforded would offset this.
