While I've been very happy with the care I've received from Jennifer (the PA) and Dr Archibeck, I am truly disgusted with the "business of the practice". The president of the company needs to wake up and get his/her head out of dark places below the waist. I'm being charged $49 every year just to have the honor of controlled healthcare with NO personal autonomy over my own medical decisions. Typical, greedy, disillusioned psychopaths with a god complex that need to be taken down with the entire establishment. Fingers crossed that the sheep continue to wake up and eventually

I have been experiencing a sinus infection for two weeks. Since I don't normally get sick and I am fully vaccinated and received my booster, I went to get tested for Covid just to be on the safe side. The test came back negative so just to be extra safe, I went and got tested TWO more times with the most recent being Tuesday (today if Friday). I called Family Practice Specialist because I am a client of theirs and let them know I think I needed an antibiotic just to finally clear it up. I absolutely love Dr. Gloyd, but will no longer be seeing anyone in this practice. I feel that it is unethical to charge $50 per year just for the honor of being one of their patients. Insurance is expensive enough and still having to pay a co-pay as well as meet a deductible. Your practice gets an amount from the insurance just to have me as a patient. Shame on you Family Practice Specialists! I hope you lose many patients due to this practice and I will be sure to speak with the several members of my family that have utilized your practice as well.

Having a good doctor is vital. I have had 2 dozen surgeries and have been treated by top doctors at the best medical facilities in our country. Dr. Gloyd is one of those top doctors. He never rushes the appointment and he listens carefully. The office is beautiful and the people are great! First Class!!!

Dr. David Francyk is an excellent physician. He is so empathetic and understanding - at my first appointment he absolutely blew me away with how caring and attentive he was. He is also extremely intelligent. His recommendations are well-researched and it is obvious he is passionate about his career. The best thing about him? He explained things so well and made sure I understood. The clinic is run very efficiently and the office staff are exceptional as well. His MA, Katie, is hilarious! An added bonus is the clinic just moved into a new office off Shea that is really nice. Glad I found this place

I used to be a patient until I started to have some serious concerns about my health. Two different doctors here ignored my symptoms and told me all I needed was to start taking vitamins. I know doctors never really listen to you but here I felt as if I didn't even matter and was more of a bother than a patient. Would not recommend.

I recall the good " old" days when a person would ring their physician, when they were ill and needed to be seen.
Now it is like an annoying telemarketing service, texting emailing and calling every week to see if one wants to schedule an appointment.
With the Covid running rampant? No

I've been seen here for years by Kate, FNP and Jennifer, PA. I believe I have received exceptional care and have always reached the best medical outcomes. The staff at the front desk always greets me warmly and explains the administrative procedures very clearly.

I have been going to this practice since 2017. I think I had a good experience initially, but not sure what has been going on recently. I have absolutely no problem paying the $49 fee for a worthy practice that is extremely hard to find. Recently however, I feel like the loop on my question never closes and I don't receive clear answers. I always walk in with additional tests or xrays that I have to go through. I feel like a good correlation can be made based on symptoms and examination. Also every appointment ends with when I need to schedule the next appointment even if I don't feel

I had a great experience with the nurse practitioner went back went over my results paid my co-pay both times I went. Then I get an end-of-the-year fee of $49 says I had a visit with the doctor which I never did I just think it's wrong that they charge the insurance company so much money and then they're charging me once again for something they already got paid for!

If I could give them no stars I would. First visit in 06/2019 assigned to see Dr. Montgomery has to have labs done I was able to see my results as soon as they were in, and write questions down to ask her. Had to go last week for follow up labs last week and results are in and they refuse to discuss over the phone or put the results in the patient portal. I have never had a place hold MY TEST RESULTS "Hostage" I guess I will never know the results from these test and they just lost me as a patient. Dr. Fancyk and P.A. Jen Francyk are the absolute best! Both of them have taken the time to listen to my symptoms and truly come up with a diagnosis and treatment plan. All of the staff is super friendly and I love that there's a patient portal where I can look at my visit notes, lab results, etc. AND send messages - which by the way their response time is really fast!. I've never been to a doctor's office like this where they remember my name, spend time with me to understand what's going on, and are really just great doctors all around. Thank you !!!!

I am scared of doctors and when I found Family Practice Specialists I wasn't scared anymore! They were friendly, and willing to work with me financially! I found an amazing doctor Archibeck she took the time and explained everything to me with what blood work I needed and why I needed them! She took the time with me so I didn't feel scared and nervous! I loved even how when I was there she would ask me questions on how my husband is doing! She diagnosed him with diabetes And she took the time during my appointment to ask how he's doing and really cared! She even called him right

Very torn about this place because the medical staff is great, front office - not so much. And the $50 yearly fee... DUMB. Dr. Southwell is a great doctor, young and has a great approach to medicine and wonderful bedside manner. I also see Victoria Rhodes the Dermatologist PA. She is amazing! Answers texts and even communicated with me outside of office hours and on the weekends. The front office always seems more interested in chatting with each other. They also have trouble using their phones and transferring you to the correct extension.
