We had poor customer service with them from day one but today was the last straw. My 3 year old is starting school (last minute because the Montessori school that we were interested in had an opening) and has been seen by them and vaccinations were initiated by them but today when I went in to get his medical records and schedule an appointment to… update his vaccines they refused to schedule an appointment because he would be starting with a pediatrician. I explained that we were working to try and find a pediatrician but we were having difficulty finding someone with appointments available

I wish I could give zero stars. This business needs to state in BIG, BOLD LETTERS on every single one of their website pages that they DO NOT accept any self-pay patients. (Unless of course you're getting Botox or a chemical peel, which according to website is to be paid with either cash or Visa/MasterCard).
Last night I spent time researching… nearby healthcare clinics, and after visiting this practice's website, I thought it would be a great option to establish a relationship beginning with an overdue annual physical. I liked that I could make my appointment directly with a nurse practitioner

Finding a female D.O. in the NW Valley proved to be a challenge. Dr. Michelle Martin was the only choice. As it turns out, it was the right choice. The clinic is efficient and the entire staff works to ensure that each patient receives the care they need. This most especially covers that patients get the time necessary to get the best care. I recommend them whole heartedly.
