For the privacy of the class and to filter unwanted participants, you'll be in a "Waiting Room" until the teacher admits you to the class. Since 2006 Willow Yoga has been providing you with a non-competitive, intimate environment to practice your Hatha yoga. Our classes are kept small to provide you with high quality, individual attention. Asanas can be modified to accommodate your needs and a guided relaxation will end each yoga class.

Absolutely fantastic place to practice yoga! It's also one of the few places in the area that offers about 4 weekly classes for prenatal practioners. Susy, the owner and one of the many wonderful teachers, always has a smile on her face, is ready to assist with any questions/concerns, and make recommendations for your practice. Julia, another great teacher, has a calming voice, and though she will offer challenging poses, she is always willing to change up the flow and modify the practice based on her students' needs.

I Love yoga and it does not take a lot to satisfy me when it comes to yoga studio's I have been to really upscale yoga studios and really average yoga studio's and out of every yoga studio that I have ever been to in my life I have to say that this was the worst experience ever and the worst yoga ... But I should've followed my gut feeling when I first walked in just to get a brochure
& Heard people jumping so loudly it sound like the place was going to fall down & break like it was so loud I don't know how the floor didn't shatter in pieces.
I hate leaving

Willow Yoga is an excellent studio that is located in such a convenient area. I truly look forward to attending classes. I am new to yoga and love taking classes with Kim. The classes are small, so it is as if you have one-on-one instruction throughout the whole class. The classes are even tailored to the student's intended areas of focus. I highly recommend giving Willow a try! You will not be disappointed!

I seek yoga classes that nurture the inner self through focus, relaxation, flexibility, and philosophy. Consistent with the other yelp reviewers, I found the classes here were more of a social hour than serious yoga, with participants talking throughout, and the instructor joking about going for margaritas nearby instead of holding class! Relaxation at the beginning and end of class was perfunctory. The owner holds a physically challenging session, but it is more about exercise than yoga. I found the other instructors were not as strong.

I've practiced yoga in at least a dozen studios and I always enjoy returning to Willow. Parking is easy and the staff is extremely friendly. They always start class on time and I feel comfortable with the instructors. They're very knowledgeable in the practice and are very encouraging to challenge me to my full potential. They're also very patient with new students. I'd recommend Willow Yoga to anyone who's looking for a wonderful session at any level.

Ok. It was ok. I have gone to lots of yoga studios in the US so I admit my expectations are high. I was disappointed though because the atmosphere felt more like a fitness class and like the other reviewer wrote it was hard to concentrate because of all the chatting going on. I didn't feel like any yogic philosophy or emphasis on proper alignment was integrated into the teaching at all either. Im sure it is a great place for some people but it wasn't for me.

Ever since returning from a month-long stay in LA, where I found and fell in love with Yoga, I've been searching for a new yoga studio back in the Chicagoland area to call my own. But so far, nothing has compared to the Yoga Works studios in California.
The Willow Yoga studio itself was nice, located on a busy street, but easy parking. But as soon as people began to walk into the studio for the class, I was instantly disappointed. The standard for a Yoga studio, is peace, quiet, serenity...I was unable to attain any of this as the women who walked in were chatting away. Most studios I
