Mr. Greene started Cypress Management in 2010 and overlooks every aspect of the business. Mr. Greene's educational background includes a B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri in 1983. He began working in the property management business in 1984 and since that time, has served in a variety of positions within the Gannon International family of companies, including president of Gannon Management.

Glad I am not the only one with a review on here.
I was renting with an independent landlord, until Cypress Management. Everything was great until they took over.
I had a new neighbor move in. Never had problems with neighbors until this particular one. They moved in thinking they still lived in the country - not the city. They caused problems, not only to myself, but to my neighbors. I reported these problems (along with my neighbors) and they did nothing. But instead, took their side and asked me to leave. I was there for 3 years.
What people say is true about the maintenance issues. Heating

CYPRESS Management is DISGUSTING. They are absolute slum lords - we've rented a house from them since March 1, 2012 and they refuse to assist with maintenance issues - they won't even replace BLACK MOLDED CARPET that we have been living with since Christmas. We've threatened to stop paying rent until they fix it, at which time they call us and say they will do something and then as soon as the rent is paid, they ignore our requests. I"m going to contact an attorney and someone on the news - they need to be SHUT DOWN!!!!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER - DON'T EVER RENT FROM THEM!!!!!!!

The management company hired an exterminator to spray the apartment complex in which we live. The exterminator sprayed a chemical treatment while my wife was still in the room. Subsequently, she got an allergic reaction; her face started swelling and had difficulty breathing. We sought help immediately. The doctor asked which type of chemical was sprayed, not knowing, We called management to see if they could provide us with the name of the chemicals, or at least refer us to the Exterminator company.
