He even took time on his off day to come and hang up our TV and expected nothing in return!

I lived at Stone Ridge for three years. I absolutely loved it. It is a wonderful, convenient place that is extremely well kept. That is not to say my unit went without issues; however, the staff and maintenance crew went above and beyond to make sure my issues were handled and handled quickly. I’ve read some of the other reviews and I do not necessarily agree with some of them. One negative review was the price. This apartment complex is very well priced for what you are getting. The grounds, amenities, quality and service rank far above other places. The second big complaint was families/children

Been here a few weeks and it’s great! They are pet friendly and there are dogs all over! My dogs have play mates! I love the pet park. There is a washer and dryer in my unit that came with the apartment and it’s really nice quality and does a great job! The gym has a good variety of machines and while there’s often 1 or 2 other people it doesn’t feel cramped or awkward. I print things off for work and I can do that in the business center. I had two maintenance requests (a drawer was loose and needed potty bags at pet park), they did a great job of getting on it and had bit done within 48

We moved my daughter here to get her off campus this past month. I will say it is as quiet as we were told. It is very close to the U. South Alabama campus only a few minutes drive and is extremely safe with a gated community. The staff, especially Margaret and Daniel have been extremely helpful, and even went out of their way to help my daughter with new locks after she had her wallet stolen just after move in. Maintenance has been quick to respond to any request thus far. Apartments are very nice with the inclusion of a washer and dryer as well as valet trash. As a parent you can't beat this

My husband and I along with our 2 dogs lived at Stoneridge for 1.5 years. I can't say enough positive things about this place. It felt like home in every since of the word. We enjoyed all the amenities they offered! The staff is awesome! I got to know each and everyone of them. They will go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure whatever issue you may have is corrected in a timely manner. If you are thinking of making this place home. Go for it!!! You will not be disappointed.

I was in the process to look for an apartment, i ran across Stone Ridge, I made an appointment to look at a 2 bedroom, well a man, presumably the manager, who was rude right off the bat, asked me 1000 questions. First he asked me how many people will be living here, I said 3, he said are they all children? I said 1 is, but what's the difference in asked, he just rolled his eyes and continued to the location of the apartment. He opened the door, and he said go ahead look around, but don't get the carpet dirty, so I took off my shoes instead, he kept shaking his keys, like to hurry me, he then said

As a female graduate student, I feel very safe in these apartments. I have one roommate. Our rent is $1040 + about $34 for water a month for a two bedroom apartment. It's a very quiet community and always beautifully kept. The pool area is great with a large outdoor pavilion and grills. The fitness center is okay. Some of the equipment is outdated. The printer never works in the office where free printing is allowed.

This place is terrible. I am not one to complain easily and certainly would not make the effort to write a review if it truly wasn't that awful. Management is the WORST. Maintenance does not respond in a timely manner to get things fixed around the apartment. When they do "fix" issues, they aren't truly fixed. They allow people to SCREAM at all hours of the night on the patio by the pool and in the pool even though the pool is supposed to close at 10pm. There is NO reinforcement and no repercussions to those that do not follow this rule. They have no one on site to handle issues

Not worth the money. Other complexes have same amenities for much less. I disagree with Management staff. They are not flexible at all and are very ditzy. They will stab you in the back if not careful. Be sure you read, study, and digest everything in the lease. Floors are not insulated vertically. I heard every step my neighbor and their 3 year old took. Don't recommend!!

I work for a company that wanted to rent an apartment for someone we were bringing into town to work. The company had an LLC established and a signing officer allowed to sign leases on behalf of the company. We have full credit references and plenty of money in the bank to back it up. Stone Ridge would not rent to us without putting it in an actual persons name though. This totally defeats the purpose of setting up an LLC and renting through the company. The person renting should not be financially responsible if something were to happen and the person living there should not be responsible

Nice accommodations and amenities. VERY OVERPRICED for what you get. So many nice apartment options close by in the same area for hundreds less. The management team is great, pool is cool, coffee bar is awesome, but still not worth the money. If they would drop their prices by $200++ a month, would be my number one choice in Mobile!
