I had an appointment. Arrived 15 minutes early. Went inside to get paperwork. Was told my appointment was 15 minutes earlier and that the Dr. had been called away. They said I could be seen through urgent care. I was sent back to my car where I waited a solid hour with no contact. While I waited I saw multiple people go in and not return. Totally unprofessional behavior. No idea about the current medical staff since my regular provider retired, but the office staff needs replaced.

The only reason they get 1 star is because zero was not an option. Go in on a Sunday at 3:20 and there is NO people in the building as far as patients. All we need is a 15 minute sports physical, but they quit doing them on Friday. When we called on Thursday, they said they did do Sports Physicals, and to come on down and they would get us rite in, but I guess they decided to stop doing them on Friday. As I am leaving, they are getting a delivery of Pizza Factory, guess maybe I was interrupting their lunch so no time for the patient that they say is their first priority.

Absolutely amazing staff. We're all so helpful and sympathetic. I'm not a huge fan of the er except one doctor I had a while ago for a bite. The urgent care though was amazing. Both nurses and doctor were very kind and patient. They didn't try to push anything and they were very personabl. I felt like a guest rather then a number like so many make you feel.

My Fiance and I went in on a Sunday. The receptionist was great. Kelly, the assistant was friendly and efficient. We absolutely LOVED Elmer Dodge, NP aka "Rusty" He was amazing!!! They called in our prescriptions quickly, and then called them in again to another pharmacy when we realized Bi-Mart was closed. The wait wasn't long, and we were both very pleased with our experience.

The three ladies here were all so great and friendly and got me in quickly! From the front desk to the nurse to the PA I got the help I needed. They really let you, the patient, be in the driver's seat on what you decide to do for your treatment options. My swelling went down drastically the next morning after two different shots for infection and inflammation. I can't thank you three ladies enough!!

My daughter was very sick, one of the nurses took us to a room so she could lay down. The Dr was also concerned and very kind and listened to my concerns. They were slammed with patients coming in and continued to help my daughter until we could figure out what was wrong. They were very professional and I will return if needed!

The service was no better or worse than others. But with the extremely high cost of health care, insurance premiums, and deductibles in the thousands, I had a $3,000.00 bill for a short ER visit. Valor Health out sourced my balance to a finance company who adds 30%+ intrerest to the bill for their services. Tells me they don't care much once the patient is out the door.

First of all this hospital is awesome because I was born here.
Walter Knox is an interesting place. I have come here to visit family members who are sick. I have also come to visit because there are people who I know who work there or have worked there. I would say that all of my relatives in the medical industry have worked here.
The hospital is old so it is a little surreal when you walk down the hallways of the hospital. They also have this area where people can go to pray. It looks like a mini chapel.
The staff is nice; they are super incredible. They are very attentive and caring. This comes
