I was referred to HomeStart Capital from my father in law. However, I did my due diligence, and received two other quotes, and HomeStart Capital was a couple of thousand less than competitors. I didn't realize this at first, but my closing date was nearly impossible- I believe it was only a month, and in this market.. that is a very tight deadline. Daniel, called me personally to let me know that this process was going to be cutting it close, but we went forward with the process. Wow! Was Daniel and his team on top of it! Daniel and his team have converted two of our tenants into buyers in the last 30 days.
