Do you have a maintenance issue but you are too busy to stop by or call our leasing office? No problem! Simply fill out an online service request and we will contact you to set up a day and time to address your concern. These requests will only be received Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM.

I've been out Riverlands since 2014 and I've had the experience of being in a 2 bedroom and 1 bedroom which were both upstairs apartments with balconies. I love the upkeep of the community as well as the response time of maintainence. It's a quiet peaceful community with an awesome sized pool and fitness center. It is located close to many amenities, such as Buckroe, Yorktown, City Center, Tech Center. PTC and Patrick Henry. Great apartment complex to live if you want a quiet and safe community. My only complaint is that I don't have a dish washer and I would have thought by now the management team would have added them to the older units as well as upgraded my restroom and removed the outdated wallpaper in my dining room. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

Awful! The apartment was falling apart ..when reported we were told it was a non emergency . When they came out they pretty much blamed us for the damages. Then when we tried to talk to them they were rude and told us the only way to speak to them is by letter. I pay our rent on time and it just feels like we were targeted eventhough we did tell them about the apartment not at first but we did say something. Not to mention the gnats issue!!! They was coming in through thee window seal!!!! I couldn't even enjoy my windows being opened. Not to mention the silverfish and centipedes ewww! It's alot

Been living here for 2 years sadly I am moving (due to work) but overall the experience renting with Riverlands has been nothing but smooth . The grounds of the neighborhood are beautiful. My building is very quiet and my neighbors are nice . You have your own parking spot , the only downside is the visitors parking is limited .Though the apartments are a little outdated , it’s comfortable and cute, I’ve experienced the house centipedes in the summer time but overall no pests. Ms. Lashia from the office (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) is AMAZING! She has always been welcoming , helpful

Great place to live. You can expect a quiet neighborhood, your personal parking place, beautiful landscaping, affordable rent, and responsive landlords. The internet access is inexpensive and high speed. The gym and pool have all of what I need for workouts. The owners take good care of the property. I also needed to end a lease early due to military deployment, but it was straightforward with a letter for duty. I'm planning to live here again, I enjoyed my time here.
