Bullock Management Group was started in the early eighties as a sole proprietorship and has steadily grown since its inception. The original principals owned a variety of properties throughout the metro area and understood the complexities of owning and managing investment properties for the best possible return.

Repair or damage caused by your negligence or misuse is your responsibility and will be charged back to your account. In such cases, repairs will be made, but you will be charged for the cost of the labor and materials. I understand that if I do not authorize a release of a key to a vendor, I will need to be available to give the vendor access to the property and must notate this on the request.

The Bullock Team has managed a rental home for me for over 10 years and for that entire time, they have been competent, honest and responsive. They took care of my home as if they owned it and were always very courteous and respectful to the tenants.
Prior to working with Bullock, I had some terrible experiences with other property management companies. Bullock has proven to me time and again that you can run a business with unquestionable integrity. GREAT JOB!!!

We rented a property managed by Bullock Management. They were fantastic to work with for the two years we rented. They were extremely responsive to any issues, concerns, or maintenance needs we had. Everyone person they sent was respectful of our time and our property. It was one of the best rental experiences we've had. I would definitely recommend them to manage your property and to lease from.

I would give Bullock negative stars if I could. This company is dishonest in the business practices. This company gave me the runaround when it came time for them to do the move out inspection with me. The reason they did not want to meet with me to do the inspection is they wanted to create damage. The area damaged was not damaged when I completed my move in inspection. Nor was there damage when I moved out. These people will create reasons to not return your deposit. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!!!

The Bullock Team has managed our four rental houses for 20 years. For ten years prior to going with Bullock Management, we experienced all the headaches of managing our own rental property: advertising, showing property, tenant credit screening, leasing agreements, 24x7 repair requests, non-paying tenants, and even a couple of nightmarish evictions. Years ago I had to move- on short notice- for a job offer out of state. I had to scramble to find a property manager for my RE holdings, and on a recommendation I went, sight unseen, with Bullock Management Group. That was over 12 years ago, and I have never resented the decision.
They have always contacted me prior to making any changes, had the rent direct deposited in my account, and been very responsive to my inquiries whether via phone call, email or text.

I ALWAYS recommend Bullock Management Group to anyone looking to lease, sell, or in need of management services. Their group is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional and have been in business for years. As a renter, I have rented 4 properties starting in 1990. As a vendor, they are always on top of every units needs before posting their availability. And, their units are always clean, shiny and ready to lease. Kudos to their professional cleaning service. Bullock Management Group is simply great to work with. I have rented using them for 3 years and I have never had a complaint. They are very professional, prompt, and just easy. Any maintenance issue I had was handled quickly. I always received a call within 24hr of doing a work order. Even when I had a real life emergency they showed up. We had returned home from the hospital with our 4yr old daughter who just had open heart surgery and our air was out. It was a holiday weekend and very very hot, but they had someone there that day. So kudos to Bullock Management!!! Great place, great staff!!!

I have had the experience of dealing with Bullock Management Group for over the past 12 years handling my rental properties. Mr. B Bullock and their team have been nothing short of phenomenal when addressing tenant issues and getting qualified tenants for your property. They are very quick to respond in a timely manner and are very courteous. When looking for a great Management team or Realty firm, look no further!
