Place is dirty. I did wellness checks on someone disabled. Hallways have not been vacuumed in months. Cobwebs in corners. Dirt. People's pets are leaving fleas and bugs behind. Many will tell you there is a bug problem. Maintenance could be bringing them with them. Handicapped are discriminated against in my opinion. There are not enough handicapped spots for the handicapped that live there. When management is asked about possibility of putting in more spots her response is first come first served. So no handicapped are not accommidated. Unfounded accusations are made toward tenants

I have lived here for 3 years now and it has been great! Its easy to schedule Maintenance services and service is always quick. Never had any issues with neighbors or staff. And during winter storms the parking lots are always plowed and clean. If you are looking for great apartments, please check these out. It will not disappoint.

I've been residing here since 2017. It's clean and comfortable. Maintenance responds quickly to requests. My fellow tenants are friendly and quiet; I'm very comfortable here. The office staff is pleasant and always ready to assist.

It would be really really nice if corporate started allowing the leasing office to receive packages again. I have had multiple packages vanish, and the associated carrier services conducted investigations and the only conclusion we can come to is theft. The loss of property is approaching a dollar amount that is unacceptable. Packages are being stolen from my doorstep. I understand the staff on site are limited it what they can do to prevent the theft, but a simple solution would be going back to the old system. That said, still love living here, but I have since arranged a different address for

I had been living here since 01/2019 and just moved out 07/2020. I love this community. It really did become a family. I raised my 2 little girls here, became a mom a 3rd time here 6 yrs ago and a grandmother 1 yr ago. I could not ask for a better place to raise a family. The ONLY reason I moved out is to get a much cheaper rent payment at a smaller place to save money for my own home. I am much older now and I have to think of what I will leave my 6 yr old. If it were not because of this I would have been living here for another 12 yrs! Thank you all at the Westbrook office for being an amazing

Have lived in building 2 for about 4 years no problems but the quality of renters seems to be declining no problems with management they are friendly and easy to get along with building is clean.

I live and work at Westbrook Village. I'm going on 5 years of living here and I love it. I love the city, schools and the conveniences of the neighborhood. I'm looking forward to more years to come.

My brother has lived here for eight years. It's convenient to visit him since its close to the freeway. We frequent the metroparks nearby and enjoy the community of Brooklyn. His apartment is nice and clean. Thumbs up!

The place has went totally down hill. We've had bed bugs and many other bug problems here. K and d has ran this place to the dumps. It use to be a nice place now they will rent to anyone. Both my new cars have been hit. Residents constantly bump ypu car with their doors. Rent goes up 5 percent every year, and every year it gets worse. Filthy property, no place to park, and the smallest laundry room you'll ever see. I wanna move out so bad.

Westbrook apartments are a terrible place to live. The building is filthy one hour after its half cleaned by the building cleaner. The elevators are dirty by 1pm everyday. There is no place to park around 12:30am because the tenants bring home work vehicles and those who purchased garages don't park in them. Good luck to those who work late at night and want to find parking. I will be all too happy when my lease is up then I can find better living arrangements.
