We speak beginner, intermediate and advanced. Gyms are intimidating, we aren't. After your initial Starting Point Session we will have the information we need to build a program around you. Our fitness program is made of 3 core areas: Small group personal training, sustainable nutrition, and proactive accountability.

With us, we help you create a schedule you can stick to, hold you accountable, and take care of your program design. Just walk through the door and we will take care of everything else. Triggered by a series of events in his childhood during which he was given grief about his weight, Josef's interest in fitness and healthy living began at a young age.
We've taken 1-on-1 personal training and made it more effective, more affordable and more fun. Everything is tailored to you, but we've added social support & fun from the other ladies, while also lowering the price & increasing schedule flexibility. Combining small group personal training with our fun, supportive and non-intimidating environment is a recipe for long-term success.
All diets and meal plans ignore the most important part of weight-loss: keeping it off. If we were robots then adhering to a rigid meal plan, being hungry AF or never eating "bad" foods would work forever. We believe in sustainable nutrition. If you can't keep it up you can't keep it off. We go over nutrition with everyone during the Starting Point Session because everyone is a little bit different.
We offer custom fit personal training whether you are showing up virtually or in-studio, we will take care of you. After your initial Starting Point Session we'll design a program to meet you where you are today. Because we provide so much attention and coaching to each participant, we only have space for 5 women.
