Kathleen is a Licensed Esthetician, Makeup artist and is Browling Certified. She cares about skin health from the inside out. She began to form this love for the skin when she had skin struggles early on. Once discovered how to solve her skin difficulties without medication she slowly began dabbling into make-up and skin care.

I cannot speak highly enough about Flex5! I’ve been a member of countless gyms and have used many trainers over the past decade and none compare to Darla and Jack. They are truly invested in your well-being and progress and are so knowledgeable about wellness as a whole- not just physical strength. They continually go above and beyond, using their own personal time to research and provide guidance on personal topics we talk about during our training sessions. They honestly care about their clients and are a joy to be around. Would highly recommend!

Flex5 is a state of the art, fitness and wellness center! The owners and the staff are great at what they do, and very knowledgeable in what they teach. They motivate and push you, to see the better you, that we all have inside of us!
I started my fitness journey in August of 2016. I'm 5'9"and weighed in at 200lbs. This also gave my the determination to stop smoking and drinking!

I went to my first yoga class with Victoria as part of a work event and to be honest I was there to network. I knew I wasn't going to be good at yoga and I wasn't interested in just laying in a dark room and breathing deeply. After that first class I became addicted to the environment of the classes and then quickly to yoga itself. Victoria is amazing and her energy and attitude are both contagious. The love and joy you feel in her classes are 100% coming from her and it's addictive. I am thinner, stronger, and happier now than I was before that first class. If I could give more than 5 stars I

Without knowing about Flex5 through Class pass I would have never knew this gym existed. It's located inside of the Charlotte National Building, next to the Hyatt. Flex5 is a smaller gym and they focus on specialized smaller classes including personal training, yoga and pilates.
I actually came for a tabata class. The class was really small, probably 8 people max, but everyone seemed to know each other- which I thought would be a good thing. The class ended up starting about 10-15 minutes late because everyone was talking and telling stories of their weekend- which I didn't think was

I have been with my husband Jason for 4 years. He as always been what you call a couch potato. About a month and a half ago he met petro. I have NEVER seen him so motivated to work out. He has made a complete transformation in his eating habits, his energy level, and his overall mindset to get healthy. Petro is such. Motivation for him this man is… amazing how he can push someone to do their very best and go beyond limits they never knew existed within themselves. He truly has a gift. The first thing I was impressed with was the location. Flex5 is located in a beautiful historic building right in the midst of uptown. However, you would never know once you enter the Flex5 facility, because they have the most up to date equipment. My first session was with Mitch and was great and developing a plan and working with me on exactly what I needed to achieve my goals. The Flex5 team really Looks for what's best for me and recommended teammates classes to diversify my workout so I won't get bored.

I can explain how much I love coming to flex 5. I feel so comfortable working out there and actually look forward to working out now. It's very personable and the facility is amazing. I have also never been crazy about yoga, but Victoria has made me fall in love with it! Her classes are small and I leave feeling refreshed and happy every time I leave.

Brian is an absolutely awesome trainer. He has so much energy and knows how to challenge me. He doesn't do cookie cutter, one size fits all fitness plans. He really listens and uses his knowledge to help you achieve your goals. Brian is a great motivator and even though it's hard work, we have fun doing it. Love Flex5 and their wonderful team of instructors. Just started my second Say I Do class series with Petro and it rocks! Great workout completed in an efficient 45 min time frame. Highly recommend this place and the high end facilities. Ps- If you have a chance try out the Yoga classes. One of the best I have tried in Charlotte.

Flex5 has everything I could ask for in personalized fitness. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and the facility is complete with state-of-the art equipment. I love the variety of small-group classes they offer in addition to their one-on-one training. Power Yoga with Victoria has become my personal favorite. Flex5 certainly accommodates my 9-5 work schedule. I typically get in my work out before heading to work in the morning. I have been going to Flex5 and training with Brian for 6 months and it's been a great experience! He (and the whole staff) have been incredibly encouraging. Their whole outlook on fitness is not something I've encountered with other gyms. I look forward to the training sessions and although they are tough, I can feel the results - I'm definitely getting stronger every week. It's a great environment and Brian's methods have really pushed me to be better in my whole approach to health.

I worked extensively with Danny at Niagara University. He was the strength and conditioning coach for both the division and club sports there. I've been an athlete my entire life, and Danny's knowledge and attitude, by far, exceeds any trainer or coach I've ever dealt with. His strength and conditioning program helped boost the athleticism, mobility, and competitiveness of the Men's Lacrosse team at Niagara. We looked forward to his practices every week (and cursed him afterwords), and his training helped us reach a competitive level for one of our tournaments that took place at University of Maryland

Sunday morning workout” is a phrase I’m only getting used to because of the help and guidance from Petro. An amazing trainer and all around great guy has helped push my motivation over the edge. If it wasn’t for time restraints, I would see this guy on a daily basis. The variance of his workouts gets your heart pumping and your body shaking (in a good way). I’ve done Insanity and P90X, boot camps and triathlons – Petro has what it takes to compete with these big named workout routines and help me train harder for upcoming races.
