Services
Online Training is the best way for me to offer my services at more affordable prices to more women. You can avoid paying the overhead costs at a gym, travel time, the headache of traffic, and those overcrowded, smelly gyms. With online training you have the flexibility to exercise around your schedule, when and where you want!
60 minute sessions include a warmup/cool down with use of a foam roller and other self myofascial release tools, as well as a 45-50 minute workout. These sessions allow more time to discuss exercise habits, stress levels, nutrition changes and other concerns. 30 minute sessions include a workout with short breaks to get the most out of the time.
Semi private group training for up to 6 women. This is a great option for women that need the accountability of in-person training but do not have the budget for one-on-one and need a little bit more flexibility with scheduling. This option is also beneficial for women who like to be pushed harder or motivated by their peers during exercise.

I help women ages 20 - 60 who are ready to make a lifestyle change, find a healthy routine to finally find sustainable weight loss without spending hours in the gym. I require a 3 month commitment for all online programs in order to ensure that we have enough time to begin instilling healthy habits, lifestyle changes and to see results.

I cannot recommend Candice and LemonadeFit enough! The facility is huge and Candice is constantly reassessing the needs of every client to ensure that her gym is state-of-the-art. Working with her this past year has been one of the true highlights of each week. I have seen progress that goes far beyond a number on a scale and my work with her has increased my confidence in my body and my capabilities. She has even hired a new and experienced trainer to help out! If you are on the fence, never saw yourself learning to lift weights, or just need the confidence to get started, do yourself a favor

I couldn't say enough good things about Candace!! I initially sought her out to get in shape for my wedding. She has not only helped me achieve that goal but helped me form healthy habits and totally changed the way I view working out. I feel stronger and healthier because of her. Candice has created a fantastic program in an environment that is comfortable and welcoming to everyone. I tried a handful of gyms in Charlotte before finding Lemonade Fit, and now I actually WANT to go workout! She will work with you to create custom workouts and find ways to help you challenge yourself and grow in both fitness and nutrition. I loved loved loved working out here. I started working out here as soon as I was cleared from a leg injury and Candice helped not only get my strength back in no time, but ensured my form was correct and I would not have further injuries. She genuinely cares about her clients and it's always such a fun atmosphere.

I am SO happy to have found Lemonade Fit! After trying to get fit on my own many times without success, I have been more consistent than I ever have with Candice and have seen great results. I look forward to going to Lemonade Fit to workout and always feel motivated to do more every day! Candice knows all the exercises and has all the equipment you will ever need. And she makes sure you are doing the exercises correctly to prevent injuries. I cannot recommend Lemonade Fit enough!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Candice and Lemonade Fit! She is the most informed and knowledgeable trainer I’ve ever worked with. Doing exercises correctly and safely is in her DNA and she makes sure her clients get this message loud and clear. But don’t read that and assume she’s a drill sergeant because that couldn’t be farther from the truth. She is fun, friendly and supportive.
