North Creek Apartments

I've lived here for about 2 years now and feel like I've got a pretty good feel for the place. I agree with previous reviews that parking for a 2nd vehicle is very difficult after about 3pm. Each unit gets 1 free assigned spot. My car was stolen about a week after I moved in but I've not had any other issues with theft/break-ins. The old metal paned windows do sweat so mold is definitely an issue around the windows but I haven't had issues with mold anywhere else. There have been pot smoking neighbors off/on but they don't seem to stay long. The only pest issue I've had is with ants every spring

If I could give zero stars I would. These are the worst apartments I have ever lived in. There is always maintenance problem and not from me. They painted the cabinets as a remodel and it makes it difficult to keep them clean. If you scrub too hard the paint peels and food boxes stick to the inside of them. The door frame is coming off so I had to Renail it. The dishwasher works when it wants to. The neighbors always are smoking pot. The neighbors are noisy. The parking is non existent you have to pay extra for an extra space but half of them aren’t being used. There is break ins to the cars

Great place to live! I love the community feel. With covid it has made things difficult but the leasing office has done a wonderful job with handling it. Love are little complex but the only thing I wish for is a bigger playground for the kids. The one that is there now is nice if no one else is there but becomes crowded quickly. I cannot wait for the lease to be up. This place is overpriced and not worth the pay. We live in a remolded unit. By remolded I mean they painted the cabinets black and the paint makes your food boxes stick to them. The paint and edging on the door frames is poorly redone. The supposedly new carpet was not put in correctly. The windows leak and you have to continually wipe for mold. Mold is everywhere. The office staff is rude and lack basic professionals skills. Especially Brooklyn. Who always has a condescending attitude like your bothering her when you have basic renter questions. The cars get

Not the worst place nor the best. I work in construction doing remodels and I can tell you the remodeled units are poorly done. Yeah they resurfaced the fireplace and the floor and carpet is nice. But the doors, trim, cabinets and a variety of other things are extremely poorly maintained. Normally when you do a remodel you fix it all... doors, jambs and trim are cracked, falling apart and just look unpleasant. Whoever the painted didn’t even bother to putty the holes from back in the 70s (I’m guessing) when the original doors and trim were installed. Only reason why I’m even bothering to

I lived here for 2 years and I feel like I can give honest feedback. I gave three stars because it’s not the best place, but not the worst.
The ladies at the leasing office are very friendly and always available to answer any questions. They were also always ready with a dog cookie in hand if they saw you and your dog coming in!
The office ladies, dog park, pool, and convenient location were a bonus here.

Not living there yet but did apply, the staff there were so welcoming, warm and friendly. I have been looking for a while in the area for me and my foster daughter and coming here meeting the staff truly motivated me to apply. The apartment tour was outstanding and also the price is great!!! Awesome amenities including gym, pool, cabana, and grills for the hot weather we are hoping for. I look forward to living here you just know good people and management when you come across them everyone had a smile and laughed ! It felt genuine good job ladies.

My roommate and I have been living here for almost 7 months now, and could not be happier. Maintenance is always quick to respond, and polite. Apartments are super quiet, clean, well maintained, nice neighbors, and all of the leasing agents are super helpful and kind. Alanna the leasing manager is amazing! We will absolutely be calling Northcreek our home for a good while!

I recently moved into these apartments and I LOVE THEM. Alanna, the leasing manager is super cool and personable. I love how quiet the complex is and how the trees block the sun from blasting the unit. The fire pit and community area is a nice touch, and it's nice to see that people actually use it. Overall it's a very quaint, quiet apartment with very nice neighbors.
