My daughter studied abroad for the Fall semester at Ca Foscari University. We were planning on her staying in the university housing, however, to our surprise it was full. So, living in California and trying to communicate with rental properties in Italy 9 hours ahead was a huge task. I finally came upon a representative, Annalisa, at Views on Venice and was able to rent an apartment for my daughter and 2 roommates for 4 months. ca´ del santo was the perfect apartment for us. what sublime views! ideal location for the biennale. superb restaurants… within stumbling (grin) distance. spacious. clean and how nice to finally rent an apartment with a decent kitchen. am keen cook and we enjoy shopping and cooking in venice, a delight with such a wonderful terrace to dine on.

We recently experienced poor customer service from this agency and I feel compelled to write this review.
We booked a fifth-floor apartment with an elevator in July. We have two small children. I contacted the agency on the day of arrival to confirm arrangements. I was told to come ahead, everything was ready.
Only after we arrived at the… apartment, after paying for a door-to-door water taxi, did the representative inform us that the lift was broken and we would be taking five flights of steps with our bags and children. I asked why no one had mentioned this earlier, so that we could have

My husband, granddaughter and I spent 4 wonderful nights in the Ca' Dei Nomboli apartment in San Polo. The apartment suited our needs perfectly. Well situated near vaporetto stop, grocery store & restaurants. The apartment was clean, well-equipped and spacious. The view of the small canal and bridge from the living room window, complete with gondolas, was delightful. So happy I found Views of Venice and this love.y apartment.

Our family of 13 (yes 13!) spent a week in Venice over New Years. We rented 2 apartments Ca' Dello Squero, and Ca' Dello Squero 2 for 9 adults and 4 children. The apartments were fantastic, and close to vaporetto stops, groceries and restaurants. The staff was unbelievably terrific and helpful! Thank you all so much!

My husband and I rented an apartment on the Grand Canal for one week a few weeks ago. It was filled with mold and mildew on the bedding, closets, and the entire front wall of the apartment. Most of the mold was obscured by a very large cabinet so we were not able to initially understand the condition of the apartment. We did not have heat for the first three days and the night time temperatures were in the 40's. The remaining days the heating worked sporadically but the management was unresponsive to this problem. The owner was insulted when we pointed out these deficiencies. All in all, this

A really helpful agency who will bend over backwards to make sure you have a great holiday.
Their apartments are beautiful (and have a price tag to match) but worth it for a special occasion or a once in a lifetime visit. A small locally run company that has very high standards. I have never stayed in such a clean and well presented holday home before.
