Looking for a 2 bedroom apartment clearly everywhere is rented . Elsie and Nancy are so knowledgeable, kind , sweet and super friendly. They took the time to explain the deposit and how the application process works. I can't wait till I become a resident. The property looks so clean , it seams like the property has plenty of parking. I will keep in touch with the ladies till something becomes available .

I've been living in these apartments for a year now. I've had great service from the very beginning, from viewing a model of the apartment to the application process to moving in during the middle of the pandemic. Nancy has been so sweet and kind for every inquiry I have had in the whole year I have been living here. I moved in to a pristine apartment. The only issue is parking, where spaces fill up pretty fast after 3pm. Thankfully, they solved this issue by enforcing a parking policy of two parking permits per apartment. Any maintenance service that has had to be done was done quick

Worst apartments in Eastlake. First off the apartments don't look anything like the model and they won't show you your apartment until your move in day. Horrible building materials holes in walls broken switches and power outlets. Trash management that blocks 1/3 of the parking for themselves when there is a parking issue here. I wouldn't let my worst enemy live her for what they charge

Not very happy with Sunbow Villas. I set an appointment to view these apartments yesterday. (2/17/2021) based of the "wonderful" reviews and location was perfect. I was excited thinking my hunt for an apartment was coming to an end. When I got there I spoke Elsie about the listing I saw on Zillow for $1667. Elsie then proceeded to tell me that Zillow was a third-party and they choose whatever pricing they feel. Elsie told me the best thing to do was to go onto their website and look at the pricing. If it was listed there for 1667 she would honor that pricing .Which

I have dealt with neighbors from HELL in these APARTMENTS !! I I would not recommend anyone that wants to live in a peaceful quiet neighborhood . First , of all they place families together and if you're living on the bottom you hear everything from upstairs. Also , they allow big dogs and like I said if you're living on the bottom you just hear the thumping and thumping . Than you get the loud military guys having their parties. Sunbow only cares for your MONEY . We had to break our LEASE due to all this Stupidness and still had to PAY !!! I'm Happy to LEAVE SUNBOW !!

Lived there for two years and never had a problem, until two weeks ago when my sisters car was stolen right in front of the pool, woke up at 4 am and car wasn't there! Reported to police but never got it back! Police said they don't patrol much since neighbors started complaining of police visits so they don't patrol area. Such a shame because we had never had a problem and thought we were safe leaving our house at very early times of the day, neighbors be careful !!!!

Look! I simply visit family when my brother-n-law is fulfilling his work commitments. However, each time I visit things are only getting worse. I mean how many times does management change at this place? Why is maintenance still useless?

I would not stay here again. We had continuos problems at this apartment complex. The people at the front desk blamed either their partners or the corporate office. I emailed the corporate office twice and received no reply. Our mail box along with at least 50 other residence was hit by driver. I asked the front desk how long it would take to fix and they told me 6 days. In the mean time we had to do a 35 min round trip commute to the busiest post office in chula vista, to wait in line for up to 1hr 15min just to get out post (if you think I'm exaggerating do this at 4pm when you are off work and

I love the apartment but the maintenance needs a little training. We gave them permission to enter the apartment even if we weren't home so they could take a look at a leak in the frig; my roommate was in the room and heard maintenance man on the phone heating up food in my microwave. I'm guessing they helped themselves to the food😉. The nerve of some people.

Just recently moved just because we wanted a change and to move alittle north turned out to be a disaster and would move back in a heart beat. Anyway, Sunbow is a great community staff is nice, and scenery is awesome. A ton of places to walk around. Service request are usually pretty quick, probably one of my favorite apartments!! I would highly recommend this place.

Came to view the apartments and they were very nice. Decided to lease a 2 bedroom 2 bath on the first floor which is very spacious. They have washer and dryer nice kitchen appliances and large closets. The only thing they didn't have was central ac but you can either rent an ac unit or buy your own.

They did not give me my deposit. Ana said she couldn't do the final walk through because she had a meeting and conned me into signed the exit papers. They charged me for painting walls, cleaning carpets, touch up paint. I was only there for 5 months! I left that place so clean! Cleaner then what I received it. See you in court Sunbow Villas!

This has to be the worst complex I have ever lived at. The first management company was great. 3 companies later, they have no clue what they are doing. I actually broke my lease to leave this place. Maintenance took weeks to repair anything, the office NEVER answered calls nor returned messages. They started charging for HOA fees, water, trash, and everything they could make a dime on. We never had to pay for those things and got great service before R&V. That entire leasingoffice is clueless and unprofessional. Save yourself the hassle and rent somewhere else. My husband and I lived at Sunbow Villas for about a year and half and overall loved our experience here. As always, apartments are never perfect but I have to disagree with some of the previous reviews. We never had issues with children being too loud, they would play outside after school and be inside by dinnertime. If you can't stand the noise of kids playing, you shouldn't live in an apartment complex, period. Our unit was located on Medical Center Dr and traffic noises were never an issue. You can hear the occasional ambulance, of course, but again, do not live near a hospital if

Our apartment is very spacious, I don't know what the previous owners were like but, the new management is fantastic. Extremely helpful, made the move in process speedy & well done. We've lived here about a week, and we are beyond pleased with the management, the area, the neighborhood, the neighbors. For all the people says there is dogs and kids running around like crazy, that's a blunt lie. Kids run around, during the day, at the park, like kids do. And I haven't heard one dog barking since we moved in & I've only seen 3 dogs, total since we moved in. I would recommend this property to anyone

Had family visit ... It's summer time so obliviously I will enjoy the pool with them... There we're children and families there till about 9:30pm or so .. We figured why not step into the jacuzzi.. After waiting for the families and their children to finish, we were patient by the heated pool.. 30 mins went by but we got in... 15 mins later JDS Security... The apartment was newly renovated when we moved in, the staff, Kristine and Aurora, along with everyone else, have been nothing but helpful and sweet.
