Perhaps you feel like you are not receiving the level of attention or hands-on instruction from a group class. Private Yoga New Jersey was founded by Sarah Pearson in 2019.
After recognizing the need for quality in-home yoga lessons, Sarah shifted her concentration from teaching at gyms and studios and began focusing on private lessons with individuals and group events. Sarah's journey to yoga started at the age of 20. Initially, Sarah's yoga practice wavered as she struggled with anxiety and substance abuse during college.

Services
An active and athletic style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. A gentle opening sequence support by a chair or other props curated specifically for injuries, illness, or trauma. Next, an introductory session is set up where you can experience what private yoga is like.
Coming from the corporate world, I know how stressful it can be and how important it is for employees to have the opportunity to take a well-deserved "breath break". Incorporating a yoga wellness program into your work environment is a great way to boost productivity, decrease stress, and build community among employees.
Sarah is an incredible teacher and has helped me develop a healthier lifestyle through sharing her practice. Our sessions are the perfect balance between relaxing and challenging. It's always a great work out! I found that it has positively influenced other areas of my life too - better focus, creativity, the ability to take things as they come and be more patient with others and myself.

I only work with clients who are interested in working with a private yoga instructor on a weekly, ongoing basis. I do not offer single sessions at this time.

Sarah has had such an impact on my life through her yoga teachings. Sarah spent time learning what my goals were and customized our sessions to support my needs. Sarah’s price are prices are very fair considering she comes to my home & provides her own music as well which adds to the ambiance of our sessions. Sarah is your person if you are looking for someone not only with skills but passion + love for helping others!

Sarah is so beyond talented in her practice I have never experienced yoga and meditation with such ease. The flow was incredible, her energy let me relax and experience ease. I really appreciated her curated playlist and the transition of poses were seamless.
During savasana I couldn’t hold back my tears (never have I cried while doing yoga before) I connected to her words and her practice was so grounding I couldn’t help myself. Will forever be grateful for that experience Sarah! Looking forward to many more! With love, Komel
