I just wanted to update my post. I know how hard it can be to find a great apartment space and managers to match.

My roommate and I loved Greystone so much we are staying another year! The space, neighbors, location, and management are great! I can not emphasize how amazing the management team are.

Brittney and Desiree are a great team. They have been on point with responding quickly and are always friendly. I am happy and stress free knowing my family and roomie are in a safe space with a team I know will follow up and follow through.

LOVED living here. Complex is quiet. Staff is WONDERFUL. Staff were always friendly and very helpful. Had to call for a couple of things (nothing major) and immediately they took care of the issues with no hesitation. The staff makes you feel at home! Complex always has some activities going on to build the sense of community. I had no complaints. Loved how they ran the place!

I recently moved into these apartments & I absolutely love them! The unit is beautiful & the office managers are awesome & very responsive! This is a great place to live!!

Been living here almost 4 years now and I love it to be honest! I enjoy the peace and comfort the complex provides. I never worry about any thefts and I’m comfortable letting my small children play outside alone for a few minutes. It’s a safe environment. We’ve never had any issues with management or maintenance. I call and the issue is fix the next day. No place is perfect but if your look for a nice large place that’s safe, quiet and clean then I recommend Greystone. Also, the free wine twice a year is a nice treat

I have been here about a month now, and I love this complex. It seems brand new, quiet, and maintenance are very responsive. The office workers are very helpful and friendly and you can tell they enjoy working here, which really does make a difference.

Not a very friendly community. Also for the price I pay I expected more luxury living. No stainless steel appliances, no jacuzzi, no pet waste stations, tenants committing parking violations and they only have two gym machines which never work. Not to mention the neighbors smoking weed and slamming their doors all day and night. Can't wait to move out!!! 👎🏽

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. We have lived at Greystone for the past 2 years, and let me tell you, this place has been amazing! Management was a little rocky the first couple of months but now that we have Brittney and Melanie up at the front office, things have been wonderful! We are in a 2 bdrm, 2.5 bath unit that is so spacious and reasonably priced for the area and what we get. If we ever have a problem, no matter how small, Brittney is on it and will get maintenance out ASAP! There is never any question to the quality of work done because once it's fixed, it's fixed

My fiance and I have lived year for about 3 years and we loved it. Admittedly, a couple of the old office ladies who worked there when we moved in were not very good at their jobs. Repairs took forever and sometimes we had to bug the office multiple times to get something simple done. However, when Brittney and Melanie began working in the office they made a huge difference. They worked diligently to make sure any repairs were handled in a timely fashion. The reason greystone gets 4/5 stars and not 5/5 is because our apartment was not quite ready when we moved in. I have lived at Greystone for 1 year and I absolutely love living here! The staff is professional and friendly, the complex is kept very clean and the apartments have many amenities and upgrades.

I've probably seen every apartment complex north of Shaw and this is by far the nicest apartment for the price. Built in the past few years so power bill isn't a ridiculous $500/mo if you're like me and keep AC at 70 in the summer.

The neighborhood was pretty good. I would recommend this place to anyone if the management fixes some of the issues as follows:
Their HVAC system appears to have MOLD. (Picture added in their Google page) While living in there, I suffered from severe allergies including bleeding from noses that required my multiple visits to emergencies and urgent cares.
Also, be aware of their astronomical move-out penalties. I wish I were more careful about the fine prints in their tenant agreement. They have charges like $+300 "Deep cleaning", " Deep carpet cleaning", and so on...The total charges came out

My roommate and I visited greystone today because we are so interested in moving in. Melanie helped us, she was super sweet and treated us nicely! A lot apartments we have been to tend to treat us differently because we look young and they maybe don't realize what we're looking for(or what our budget is). So I really appreciate her treatment and fairness I'm looking forward to hopefully living there soon!

Recently moved in. The area is nice and close to Costco, winco, express way, and other places. Quite pricey but the apartment is new and everything is nice.

I did move into a unit with no ventilation in the bathroom... The ventilation is installed... just no actual vents. So they had to come in and cut a hole in the ceiling causing a ridiculous mess in the bathroom and bathroom entrance. They didn't even try to clean it at all.

Also I recently adopted a dog weight 38.8 pounds and the apartment refused to allow it and insist I return the dog because they have a 35 lb limit. Now all

The apartments are beautiful and a great complex to live in. The rating is the result of the the staff interactions with the residents. The staff is very rude an unprofessional. WARNING: please do not waste your time cleaning the apartment when you move out because they will nickel and dime you in order to keep your deposit. Take pictures or videos when moving in as well as when you move out. DO NOT BE AFRAID TO GO TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT, you can file for less than $100 for the return of your deposit; no lawyer needed. Regardless of your citizenship status, you are entitled to justice and fair treatment

Great staff that is friendly and gets problems fixed quickly. The apartment is ridiculously priced. Watch out for the $100 penalty for each month you don't live there if you opt out before the 14 month lease expires and a hefty cleaning bill, even when you have cleaned your apartment for hours. I felt the amount they charged me for cleaning after I moved out was obscenely high.

The neighborhood is nice and it is gated. However, there is almost no guest parking so if you plan on having two cars or friends over it may be tough to find a place to park. If you are a light sleeper, you can

Upstairs neighbors are unreasonably loud all hours of the night and nothing is ever done about it, gated community but people from all over Fresno come and swim in the pool all hours of the day fully dressed in there day clothes, homeless get into the trash and spread it everywhere, they only allow one carpet cleaner and they had to come twice, the turn over rate in the office staff is ridiculous, which wouldn't bother me except for the fact that when I call or go in to ask questions or to verify the information given is not accurate and NOBODY, take responsibility for it! I've lived here since these apartments opened. The first time my addendum came up I looked for a cheaper apartment with no luck. This is the second time my addendum is being renewed and I have been looking alllll over Fresno and Clovis for a cheaper apartment. Let me tell you this place is so worth the money. I've probably looked at every place in Fresno and nothing meets my (probably too high) standards. When I finally thought I found a cheaper apartment that I could settle for (stonegate) I was sadly mistaken. I received the same treatment here as I have in other leasing offices but
