I was pleasantly surprised, our room was clean! Full size fridge, microwave and TV no issues. This hotel served its purpose for a quick getaway.

Horrible. Over priced. No upkeep to the property. Room was filthy, sheets were dirty upon check-in. Hair and sand was on room floor. Room had a humidity issue, puddles on the floor. Outside room lights blown out. No decor. Missing wall art. Stay someplace else.

We were looking for something quick just for the night. We saw they were decent priced. When we got there.
They said something about our parking since their parking lot is super tiny and Then we check in they take cards but there’s a fee to pay, so it went from 155 to 180 because we used a card, but if you have cash you’re good. We couldn’t check into this specific hotel, we had to go to their other hotel, where their office is. Pool is super tiny. Rooms were clean, but the tv volume was set at its highest and we couldn’t get it down with the remote or by the button. The door. The door

Great location and walking distance to the beach overall. Only small complaint was no heat in my room! We froze the 1st night but the employee found a space heater for our 2nd night!

Rooms were clean we had a two bedroom room which was actually pretty small but it wasn't a problem. We arrived after 9:00 pm and we did inform the hotel that we would arrive late. Over the phone the woman was very nice but upon arrival she was not real friendly, maybe she was just tired, she was a bit more friendly at check out. Our biggest complaint would be that we were told there would be no maid service due to Covid, which was no problem, but they would come in to get trash and refresh the towels, this never happened, we never got new or more towels and trash was never emptied. Customer service was wonderful. Rooms were clean and tidy. Suite was very roomy and “home like”. Very convenient to the beginning of the board walk and from the beach. Staff was very accommodating and quick. Pool was nice. Had a little issue in one of our suites but they fixed it the best they could in as timely as possible. I would stay here again for sure!
