Moved in a week ago. Great community. High end living, modern accoutrements and fantastic amenities. Pool and community building are very nice. Stone's throw from the water and downtown Fairhope.

I lived in OBP for almost 2 years. The staff were always so kind and helpful. They did a wonderful job of maintaining the properties and all of the facilities. It felt more like a vacation destination. I always felt safe there and never worried about my children playing outside without me.

Old Battles Place is an amazing new apartment home community in south Fairhope/Point Clear. I've been living here for a few months now and have had 0 problems. The community is quiet and has nice neighbors. The pool is always in immaculate shape and has two very good gas grills that make cookouts easy and safe. The dog park is also very awesome. My dachshund absolutely loves playing frisbee out there, and everyone picks up after their pets. See for yourself in the picture.
ATT has fiber to the home internet here and I've had no issues at all with it. It's also priced very competitively.
