EXTREME Difficulty Getting Refund For Apt I Never Got!
Very, Very poor management!
April, 2021, met manager to apply for a 2 bedroom apartment . We were told only one apartment would be available, but not until end of June. Manager then emailed each of us a partially filled In application. My app said I had to pay $125.00, which I paid and received a receipt emailed back to me. My daughter’s application showed she had to pay $250.00. Called manager to find out why different, said she was unable to find where I paid the $125.00. I immediately emailed her a copy of the receipt from Arbor Gates

I lived in Arbor gates for 1 year. At first it was great. Then because of who my boyfriend is the new management started nit picking. I had to move my small utility trailer cause they weren't allowed. But even today there are 2 trailers with boats in the back of the parking lot. My grandchildren were told they had to play in the front of the apartment that I lived in because the were too loud. And this particular day they were playing at the apt. My bathroom and trim was never painted. I shouldnt have to request for this to be done. It was part if the repairs for the mold. The maintenance supervisor

I don’t even live here but have to share about my experience with Kellen. I am moving from out of state and have been in touch with apartments all over Baldwin County. The customer service I’ve received has been the best by far! She has gone out of her way to make sure all of my questions were answered, knowing that I won’t be able to see the apartments in person. A fantastic “shopping experience”

I have lived in the complex for almost 8 years. Suffice it to say, I call this home. It has served me well! The office staff is polite, professional and hospitable! The maintenance staff is very good as well! Eddie (maintenance staff member) has provided me with fantastic service and truly cared about my needs. Eddie is ABSOLUTELY an asset to this community!

I was nervous about moving from Nashville down to a new city. I looked at a lot of different places and was quickly overwhelmed until I called Lacey at Arbor Gates. She was super friendly but most importantly helpful in finding me what I needed and taking the pressure off of my move. I've been so impressed with how easy they are to work with and it's been a wonderful transition that could have been a lot more stressful.
The apartment is clean and the request are taken seriously and handled quickly. I'm glad I found this place and if you are looking for a place, this is a great place to be. Thanks

I genuinely enjoy this apartment complex
However, I do wish they would trim the trees as I can’t even see from my balcony due to the LARGE tree right outside.
Maintenance request are usually handled in a very timely manner and the office staff is very kind any time I have had an encounter with them!
I do see ALOT of traffic coming in and out of here all hours of the night, which makes me wonder if there is something drug related going on in the complex.
I would definitely recommend them to update the doors, sinks, and shower heads in the apartments but that is not a deal breaker for me.

Lovely place to live!
Have been living here for years now, the previous management let the place go. The current one is cleaning it up! The new management is beyond sweet, they get everything done without complaining. I have nothing but good things to say about the office staff as they are always accommodating and show they care about their residents.

We have been living at Arbor Gates for almost four years now, and have noticed a lot of improvements over the last few months. Tim, the maintanence manager, has been pushing hard to improve the property and to elevate the quality of living over the past few months. We really appreciate his and his teams thorough,quality and prompt work around the complex.
