When making a service request, please provide as much information as possible, including current mileage or inticipated mileage at service date and the last 7 digits of the BMW Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) as this will help us more closely determine the costs associated with the work as well as time required for completing the requested task(s).

Had an absolutely fantastic experience buying a new bike here. Everyone I interacted with was extremely courteous, down to earth, yet professional. Day six of a 15 day motorcycle ride. Pulled into Florence Oregon and found a leaking rear drive. Freaked out and somehow made it over to Eugene where these guys fit me into an already busy schedule. They had me out in four hours or so and save the day. On top of that they did additional safety diagnosis and found my left brake was down to 1.5 mm and recommended replacement which I gladly authorize. Hats off to these guys. They went above and beyond and I was able to finish my 15 day trip to San Francisco and back to Yakima Washington. Can’t say enough about their willingness to help and almost

I don't typically use dealerships for service, as I'm very proficient, but I took them my bike for a valve adjustment and cam work, and got it back running great, as one would expect from good servicing. I'm very happy with the results and am happy to have spent my money there. Special thanks to Cesar and Harold for the hard work.

These guys are great!! Stopped in for a new face shield and they were so very helpful, even exchanging a part for me that I had ordered incorrectly from a different shop. I needed a small part to hold the shield in place and he came up with one. We installed it and it was no charge. Gotta love true motorcycle people
