Don Gray the owner and one of the techs, he races his built Polaris 1000 RZR on short course, and desert races up and down the west coast.
Paxton Gray wears many hats, owner, parts department, race team manager, and part time tech. If you can catch him, he spends a lot of time speeding down the straight away at P.I.R. Brandon Moore is our service manager, and full time tech, he is always up for hitting the sand drag events on the west coast.

Services
Here at Gray Area Racing our technicians are factory trained and certified with KTM, Polaris, Yamaha, Honda, and Suzuki. With over 40 years of combined experience your motorcycle or quad will get fixed the right way and in a timely manner. Gray Area KTM labor rate is $110 per hour Our costs are based off both manufacturer suggested flat rate times and pre-determined shop times.

Couldn't be more happy with the speed and smoothness of my transaction. Was quoted a great price, no need to haggle or hassle. Made appointment to pick it up a few days later and at the last minute my riding partner decided to pick up a new bike as well. They were able to prep his bike, do our walk through, and have us on the road in no time. Without a doubt I will continue to do business with them. Locally owned family operation with a shop dog, what's not to love!!!

I bought a 2019 690 SMCR. I purchased the big boar kit as well as exhaust and proper suspension for my weight.
Paxton and the crew are great! The clutch let loose because of the added power right after I did an oil change. They put an after market beefed up clutch ready to go the very next weekend. Paxton waved the charge on having to do the oil again and I am extremely happy with the service!

I will never come to this shop for motorcycle work again. I brought my mt07 in to have the tires changed because I stripped a rotor bolt, they left the rear wheel alignment bracket so loose it fell off on the road and my bike got speed wobbles. This could have killed me and I will never bring a bike here again.

Called about a bike and since they are closed on Monday, I left a message, but never got a response. Called again and the person answering the phone, not all that friendly-I'm off to give someone else my money

I didn't purchase my new 2 bikes at Gray Area, and for that I am sorry. After several interactions with Paxton, I can tell you that I wont go anywhere else for my KTM parts. It was refreshing to walk into a bike shop and have someone behind the counter that knows something. Not only knows something, but is able to communicate and interact with customers. Paxton helped me out of a jam when my wife scheduled a long ride i needed pieces to make it come together. Good job guys.

I drove over two hours, passing 3 other KTM dealers, to buy a bike here. Got an amazing deal on a 690 Enduro and a few farkles I needed. Paxton was awesome to work with and the entire staff was knowledgeable, friendly and absolutely not pushy. Couldn't be happier with my new 690 or the dealer I bought it from!

Bart was very helpful and kind. the new owner Rich great guy too. The little pimple faced boy behind the counter could use an attitude adjustment. He must be family because your losing business by having unfriendly, uneducated people working the front desk. I have spent a lot of money in that store in the past. It just goes to show one little mouthy boy can run off good customers.

Great shop! Dave is an EXCELLENT tech! If they don't have something you want, Rich and Bart are always happy to track it down and bring it in.
I've always ridden KTM dirt bikes, and when it came time to get a street bike there was no question it was going to be a KTM and I would buy through KTM Country.
