What a great team who gets it done. I worked with Ahlijah and Jamie on a pre-owned 850GS. I was able to get all my answers with Ahlijah and Jamie took me through the sales process in about 15 minutes. No hassle or haggle, great value and great team. I had $1000 worth of work done to my klr650 only to find 3 months later when it was finally done my bike was leaking oil from the drain plug and it didn't leak anything prior to Cascade motorcycle touching it so they stripped the bolt and charged me for it. The bike had lots of new scratches and greasy fingerprints all over it so no attempt from them to clean up there mess. I also wanted the plastic fan guard that was missing instead they installed a radiator guard? Mason personally told me he would order it and call me when it comes in.I still haven't heard from him and had a feeling I wouldn

Just picked my new to me 2021 BMW R1250RT this past weekend. My sales advisor Ryan was great - I was in the market for a used touring bike and when this one came along, Ryan gave me all the details, including multiple pics and a video, got the deal set up quickly, and even arranged to make the delivery on Sunday (they are usually closed but it was the only day I could make it down from Portland to pick up the bike). Its been awhile since i've been here, but great to know there is a service shop in town that knows how to work on Honda ATVs.

They are a wonderful resource for parts and service, keeping our bikes running with out breaking the bank. They know everything about metric bikes, love to share.
