Cycle Parts
Rod opened Cycle Parts in 1992 as a motorcycle parts and repair shop at 3666 W 11th. Since then we moved to 1110 Ocean st and sell new and used bikes. We are currently a ZERO, Kymco, Genuine and GenZe dealership. We were a Triumph dealership for 17 years but are no longer a dealer. We sell parts and do repair work on bikes 97-new.

We live in an area were you can easily access back roads that are amazing. We have Demo days, Customer Appreciation days, rides to the beach and other fun events. If you are new to town or just want to know new riding areas, we can tell you about some great places to ride.

Came in from out of town with a tire that need to be replaced on my 2018 Suzuki Boulevard. Unfortunately because it's an odd ball size I had to order one in. However they got it on the very day it came in. They were great to work with and extremely friendly. Local or non local highly recommend.

This is a wonderful lil family shop. The owner was so very friendly and receptive. The prices were very affordable. My husband had a 82 Honda. Parts are very hard to find. Rod had exactly what we needed. I would highly recommend this shop. We will definitely be going back.

I ride a 2005 Honda vt2 1100 that needed tires. Called all over Eugene and Springfield Oregon just to be told either the bike was too old ( Honda Dealership)
Or, the shop couldn't get to it before late August or September. Another rider told me of Cycle Parts Eugene. Contacted the shop, ordered the tires I wanted. 5 days later get a call from Cycle Parts Eugene. I was told the tires were there and drop off the bike. I dropped off my bike and 3 hrs. Later I got my bike back. Need great bike service? Call Cycle Parts Eugene and get the stellar service you're looking for.
Thank you Cycle Parts Eugene

Simply the best cycle shop I have ever been to. Was a traveler with a bad tire and they dropped everything to get me back on the road. If you are ever near them, just stop by and see what they can do for you. These people are the real professionals.

Rod runs the best shop in town. My Dad and I both have been taking our bikes to Rods for nearly a decade. Rod is a straight shooter: he’ll let you know if a certain repair or upgrade is necessary or can wait until the next time. But if he tells you something needs fixing, you better listen.
I’ll be doing business with Cycle Parts for years to come.

Staff was Supportive and knowledgeable about products. I was shopping for a helment. There were several in stock and I worked with one of the sales representative to piece together which helmet component was most important to me and then which helmet matched with what I wanted. It was great.

The only negative comment I would say is that there were no full face helmet above 1x and maybe a couple 2x but No helmet bigger. Made me sad. I had to order on line hoping what I ordered would fit.

I would not trust my '99 Triumph Trophy to any other dealership. These folks know what they are doing, and charge a fair price for it. I have never had a problem with Rod, the owner, and have always found him helpful. I have gotten some great free advice from them as well.

Really appreciate all the help I got from the awesome lady helping me get all my paperwork on my bike and then doing it again when I lost paperwork. She definitely is on the ball there. And then there mechanic is very good and efficient and I liked how he answered my probably not so smart questions. Both these individuals are very good at what they do. Thanks again.

My wife and I stopped by unannounced from NC with our bikes in the back of a rental pickup hoping for some help unloading them so we could ride down the pacific coast. I'm happy to say that Rod and his staff were amazing! They loaned us ramps and helped us get the bikes off. They even let us store our luggage and gear in the store while we returned these rental.Once we returned we spent some time visiting and talking to Rod about bikes and bid him farewell. We can't say enough about the kindness he and his staff showed us. If you're in the area and need something for your bike, Cycle Parts Eugene

This shop is the best! The owner, Rod, has been giving me awesome service and advise on any/all motorcycle I've owned since 1997. He's always worked with me on costs when I couldn't afford to pay the full bill, and he's also passed along insane savings at times... like free or nearly free tires and things of that nature.

This is the best cycle shop ever. They are experts at fixing anything they service. Recently, I bought a very neglected scooter off of Craigslist and took it to them for minor repairs and safety checks. They found a potentially life-threatening problem with the brakes, fixed it, and I've been happily riding around town with absolute confidence since then! They're not cheap but they are definitely worth the money. Also, super nice folks! As long as I'm on two wheels this is my shop of choice.

This is an old school dealership. They may be a little crusty, but when you need them, they come through. My T100 Bonneville stopped charging midway through a long trip. They didn't have the part I needed, but called the Portland dealer, made sure he had the part and told them I was on my way. I did need a battery (old one probably fried by lack of charge) and he sold me a battery and didn't charge me one dime for installation and troubleshooting. A true sportsman

The Shop is excellent, but the owner is the rudest we have ever encountered!!

He changed pricing and said i we were ignorant when questioned his price changes-Wow

When said we have never been treated so horrible and not sure we would be back, he said ''good", really!!!

Again, having had work completed here before the shop guy is excellent but the owner has the worst customer service. And will gouge in pricing!!!

These Guys ROCK! They are old school motorcycle. They are in the business because they love it and it shows. I was stranded in southern Oregon with a rear tire showing cords. I called them up and they promised to stay late on a saturday to mount a tire for me. I pulled up about 20 minutes after their close time. Mounted up, quick and easy. They even gave me a bit of a break on tire price, when they could have gouged me. THIS is customer service!

Never going back. The service just keeps getting worse. I had to pay $145 to have 2 tires mounted. Not the $30 each it should have cost. Thats the price I paid last time. The girl behind the counter is all but useless. No customer skills, or was it because she was too busy flirting with the guys looking at the Made in China sport bike they had next to the register? Stay away. I will be.

I don't own a Triumph, but after I was hit and needed a shop for the insurance estimate I took it to them for the work. All I can say is "WOW!" Super helpful, very thorough and efficient. They ordered the part for my bike, but since they weren't a Yamaha dealer they had to go through the local dealership. Counter girl was really on top of things. She had told me, when I ordered the part, that it might take up to a week for it to come in from the dealership. A week to the day later she was on the phone bugging the dealership wanting to know where the part was. When the

Cycle Parts is incredible. They helped me find a scooter that fit me, and gave me an incredible deal on it (over $300 off because it was a 2009 model). They took care of DMV registration, and are always helpful on the phone. My scooter tipped over and the gas came out, flooding the carburetor. I couldn't start it. I don't know anything about mechanics, and when I called, the owner of Cycle Parts, Rod, made a house call and was able to fix it for me. He charged me nothing. Thanks, Cycle Parts!
