Hot Nail Spa is the place to be and I enjoy being in the space. My nail tech Briesly is amazing. She knows me well. Tommy and his wife is amazing as well. Please be patient with the staff. I'm grateful that Tommy was able to reschedule my appointment. It is important to make an appointment before going to the salon and be patient if your appointment have to be rescheduled. I've been coming here for years. Thank you for making my birthday special. Customer service is top tier :-). Schedule your appointmen as early as possible.

This was my first time going there, overall I had a pleasant experience. Everyone was nice. Isabelita did my mani and pedi, she did an awesome job. It was worth the money and I was very satisfied. I got to be pampered on my special day. The owner was also very attentive, making sure everyone was taken care of, even offering drinks, and she gave me a gift before leaving. This place is very popular and I could see why. I truly recommend and I plan on going back. Thank you for providing great service.

They use to be good here. I just went Monday to do white dips. Next day woke up and they were yellow. Went back and lady told me it doesn’t just turn yellow that I must of used a product that turned it that way which I did not and by the way I’ve been doing dips for many years and have done white before and this has never happened. Anyways she filed down all nails and reapplied dip. Next day here we go again! As you can see on pics nails yellow again and they were in a hurry so didn’t even clean up my hands well. Also when I was there the phone kept ringing off the hook and no one’s picks

I did have a bad experience at first but the owner Thomas was very kind and called me to state they will repaint my nails. I thought that was very kind. The girls are very sweet and welcoming and they have a very wide range of colors and products that are amazing. I highly recommend this spot for great service and atmosphere. I have been here two times and both times have been great. Their volcanoes spa pedicure is worth every dollar. Their manicures are simple, they dont do cuticles and dont do anything special with their mani like other places (maybe some cream or hand massage). Their nail polish are unknown (at least to me), so I was surprised when my DIP lasted 3 weeks!! OPI DIP rarely lasts this long on me. I would definitely continue to come.
