Wonderful place to live. Don’t listen to the negative people on here. You know why? Because hurt people…hurt people, and they need to find peace within themselves before typing their blasphemy on a company's google review platform. Anyway.. The office staff are wonderful people who are experienced in their field and are trying to make sure this community thrives. They hold monthly resident events and the property is well maintained. The maintenance staff is very efficient and I haven’t had a non-emergency work order go past 24 hours without it being taken care of. The amenities are well equipped

I moved in about a month ago and absolutely love it here! The office staff has been wonderful. Amador really takes the time to bond with each of his residents and makes sure that your experience is nothing less than fantastic. Kimberly knows her way around the place and is so kind and helpful.

Amador is the new Property manager at Provenza and he's been incredibly accommodating and personable. The previous manager was nice but never saw or heard from her, so her impressions were not lasting. Amador goes out of his way to help in any situation. He even helped me when an amazon order accidentally got delivered at the front office, and personally brought it up to my door!

This is the best place to live in Kyle! Peaceful, safe, quiet and beautiful! The office staff is the best I’ve ever encountered and the maintenance is outstanding! This is the first apartment I’ve lived in that really feels like its own community. I love seeing all the families around and everyone is so friendly!! When we moved in 2.5 years ago the unit was spotless and everything worked prefect. We have a golf course view and frequently watch the sunsets in the evening. I take morning walks in the adjacent neighborhood which is amazing and very safe at all hours. Plum creek also has a 2 mile

I love living at Provenza, it’s the furthest from the street roundabouts so it’s quieter than most apartments (minus the train but honestly I don’t mind it and I BARELY hear it most days). The area in the back of the complex is a nature filled valley that is beautiful to look at, then on the back side is a golf course- so it’s fairly peaceful around here. There’s also a perfect amount of parking, I live towards the back so I have a few more options... but keeping each unit to have parking stickers definitely helps. The location is perfect if you want a calmer area.

Moved in November 2020 (3rd floor). My 1-bed apt overlooks the golf course and I'm enjoying the beautiful sunsets from the patio. The apartment is clean and cozy. The complex is small, quiet and safe to me.
Enjoy my walks around Plum Creek. Happy to get my packages at the lockbox on the property. Management keeps me informed by text and email. So that's how I got word about the parking option at the front office for guests. The front posted signs are a bit confusing so I also had to check with the front office for clarification. Just don't have your guest park inside the gates.

I moved into my apartment in August of 2020. Since then I have had no major issues and if I needed small fixings in my apartment the maintenance team was on it. Kimberly was also very helpful with answering questions and getting info back to me in a timely manner. Also love how dog friendly it is! Would 10/10 recommend!
