I moved in to Vista at Plum Creek back in July 20 21 right from the start I had issues the fan in the Living Room did not work the oven had no rack which took them over two months to fix each problem I had to personally replace the showerheads and all of the aerators for the faucets, now I’m dealing with more issues a kitchen faucet that sprays out the side a garbage disposal that does not work a toilet that constantly runs which I am having to fix myself and a restroom sink that leaks into the bottom of the cabinet they told me on January 10 that all the issues were fixed which was a lie I have

Completely awful. They had us pay and apply for a certain apartment (3 bedroom) Never contacted us again after giving us the move in date. I continuously called for updates and when we should sign the lease etc. They ALWAYS told me they would call back and never did. A month before our move in date I called and they let me know that unfortunately the apartment was no longer available and they could offer me a 2 bedroom at the SAME price… what??? Had a month to find a new apartment and waited 3 months for a refund that we had to contact corporate for.

I just want to give a shout out to Julian, the maintenance manager for Vistas. He is by far the only reason this place keeps running! He keeps going for us residents. I feel he is overworked and underpaid. He needs a raise and higher budget for help. I tell him whenever I see him, how appreciative I am and even with no help and working through all of the issues we have recently, he always has a smile and something nice to say. He remembers all of our kids names and shows up when we have kiddo party's at the pool with gifts. Grandpa Riviera to all of the kids here! All of us need to recognize him

I think this review is worth the read if you’re considering living here. the day we moved in, we got to our apartment and it wasn’t completely move in ready.. some blinds were broken and carpets were stained (but were then cleaned, although still had minor stains) and washer and dryer were on patio (winter storm problem, not a Vista problem) and a few other things in the apartment weren’t in good condition. HOWEVER. the way the front office handled it was phenomenal. truly was shocked at how quickly they resolved everything and how far they went to make accommodations. for example, we informed

Worse experience I have ever had. Rented an Apartment back in May it was to be ready by July 1st. After leaving numerous messages and sending emails, to which none were ever returned we decided to pop in on Saturday the 26th of June to check the status of our apartment, we were told that they would have to do a walk thru and check it out and would let us know on Monday the 28th, so as promised they contacted us on the 28th and said great news apartment ready for move in on the 1st. Then on Wed the 30th the day before we were to move in

I would NEVER recommend anyone coming to live here. I did read the reviews before moving and I should have taken them seriously. When I first moved in, my apartment was not cleaned or even prepped for a new resident. I had to ask them to take care of this and had to wait 2 days to move in, but did not get a credit for the prorated amount I had already paid to move in. My dishwasher did not work and took them a while to get it replaced. After the winter storm, it took over a month for them to replace the carpet in my bedroom due to water damage and I was forced to sleep on my couch during that time

I’ve had the worst experience with this apartment complex for the past 3 months. The first two months I was having to sleep on my couch because mold was growing in my room. When I reported the issue in March maintenance came out and cut a whole at the top of my ceiling but the hole was never covered you could literally see the sunlight coming in and it made my apartment very hot! Contractors also came out to repair my pipes and shortly after they busted again, causing me and my newborn baby to be without water. It was very difficult not being able to wash her bottles, do laundry, and take a bath

Sonia and Carlos we so helpful to getting me in an apartment for my daughters and I . Although they did explain before moving in there are repairs still going on because of the Snow storm that happen . There honesty made me want to stay and still kept it very professional. I am happy to being a new resident here. Keep up the great work guys I don’t know how y’all do it with so many tenants.

During the 2021 polar vortex they have had residents with out water for over a week and it’s estimated another week for the rest to get water working. Their is flooding in apartments STILL. A WEEK AFTER THE STORM HAS PASSED. They don’t give them updates, notices, noooothing.
If you like to feel unimportant and have your basic need not met and… dismissed, this is the place for you!

I moved out 3 months ago and have yet to receive my deposit back. I was told I was getting it and the check was cut a few days after I moved out, even sent a copy of it. I have gotten the run around every time I ask where it is. It’s to the point they don’t even respond to my emails inquiring about it. I have asked to speak to the property management company and they will not give me their information nor can you find it online anywhere.

I've been here 9 months and I'm thoroughly satisfied with living here. Units are surprisingly quiet from outside and other tenants noises. Really clean overall, and special touches, dog park area, groomed grounds, etc. make it pleasant to come home to. Management is stellar! I can't say enough of the effort they put forth to make Vista a very nice place to live. They treat everyone as individuals and are very thoughtful and understanding. I'm probably looking to resign my lease in a couple of months. Keep up the great work your doing.
