The first stage in your recovery journey is Detox. Drug or alcohol use over an extended period of time is not something you can overcome instantly. It takes time, as well as a cleansing process, to remove those toxins from your body and return you to a condition where you can effectively work on becoming sober again.
Making the decision to overcome your addiction to drugs is the first vital step toward actually achieving that goal. Not all treatment facilities are alike, however. So it's important to find one that treats you like an individual, not a number. A place that combines a pleasant, calming environment and a staff that is both professional and compassionate.
Many people drink alcohol, and some occasionally misuse it and overindulge. This might occur once a year - on New Year's Eve, a birthday, a wedding or after a breakup. This facility offered an amazing experience for recovery. The facility is both clean and comfortable. The staff is absolutely amazing. The staff is very knowledgeable in the field of addiction and recovery. The staff taught me many great tools that will enable me to strengthen my recovery. The staff made me feel extremely welcomed and eventually we grew a connections that became an extension of my family here at Channel Islands Rehab. If you are considering rehabilitation for yourself or for a loved one I would highly recommend Channel Islands Rehab.

First off... I've had never been to a rehab facility until now. But now that I have, I don't see how there could be a better place to work on one's sobriety, out there anywhere. Channel Islands Rehab, has the most amazing staff and program! The staff actually cares for you and about you... with compassion and empathy. And most of the staff have walker in your shoes. So they know how to teach and walk you through your journey. They give you the tools and skills to have an amazing, sober/clean future. I've also made life long friendships here! Such great people! Don't let the luxurious linens and adorable little house fool you. Channel islands rehab means business when it comes to recovery. Hands down the best decision I ever made for myself. Individual therapy along with daily groups saved me during a very difficult time in my life. I would recommend Channel Islands to anyone and everyone. The place is a gem. I highly recommend Channel Island Rehabilitation for addiction-related treatment. The facility is a small, intimate setting with a staff that truly cares and is all about the clients best interest and well being. This is a beautiful and clean facility making people feel completely comfortable from the moment they walk through the door. The facility is top-notch and again I cannot express the level of care and compassion exhibited by each staff member. When I left I felt very prepared to face the world head-on with my chin up presenting as the confident, sober me.

CHR is a great place to detox and recover. This Beach house facility is a GEM! I felt very safe and comfortable. Walking distance from the ocean, where you can take a therapeutic walk along the energetic shoreline.
The owner Allison has invested her time allowing only a head strong staff to work there. They are very knowledgeable! The groups are my favorite part and very educational.
I learned a lot about my addiction. Coping skills, tools and a lot of literature and studies about what we all need to cope with our everyday struggles and principals. I highly recommend this place! I feel SO strong

In My Opinion channel islands rehab treatment center. They get 5 out of 5 stars. They have great Doctors to care for your physical well being. Psychiatrist & therapist to care for our mental well being as well. Counsellors, staff members. The list goes on and on. All a must have for a top tear treatment center. You can't complain about the location either. But all those things that are a must for a top notch treatment center. The one thing that makes this treatment center stand out from all the rest. Choosing Channel Islands Rehab is the best decision I have made on my path to recovery. Making the decision to go to rehab was not an easy one and choosing the right place for me was Paramount. I did my research and visited several facilities, when I came to Channel Islands I knew this was the right place for me. A beautiful intimate setting in a luxurious House near the beach. The entire staff is amazing, genuinely caring, loving and knowledgeable. They will forever be my family and friends. This is a wonderful establishment. The counselors, doctors, and therapists were all awesome. All of my needs were handled with care. It was a beautiful, clean, stress free environment. There were lots of activities to keep me busy during my stay. Phoenix the chef makes the most delicious meals and she makes sure you have your comfort snacks and such. I would highly recommend this rehab to anyone that is taking getting clean seriously and wants to stay at a top notch facility. First class all the way. Thank you Channel Islands Rehab!!
