Originally from Barranquilla, Colombia, Shadia is passionate about all things health and wellness, and she loves encouraging others through teaching. Her attitude will motivate you to push past your comfort zone and achieve your fitness goals. She became a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and she specializes in weight loss and performance.
How does the weight loss program work? Let's be honest here - Weight loss comes down to one thing and one thing only - Being in a caloric deficit. There are numerous scientific basis for this claim not to mention the fact that common sense tells you that if you eat less than you move - you will end up losing weight.
The knowledge behind building muscle is REALLY simple. But pushing yourself in the gym, making sure your nutrition is on point, sleep quality, and other lifestyle changes are not. That's where we come in. We have been helping clients build muscle for more than twenty three years. We've taken so called "hard gainers" and put 20 pounds of lean muscle on them within a year.
We have programs that target flexibility itself and programs that incorporate flexibility ALONG with either muscle building or losing weight. In today's society, people are sedentary let alone flexible. When was the last time you actually SAW someone performing a flexible pose that made your jaw drop.

Ankur’s knowledge about fitness boosted my confidence and transferred me to a healthier looking guy. Been trained with him since late last year, and I’ve seen the results every week. He’s a thorough trainer who does not only help you correct the form but also teaches you the philosophy and theory behind it, furthermore, he helped me track my nutrition routine and formed a system to gain muscle while staying lean.
