Yes, the Harbor Mist has a built in pool with kiddie section and sunny southern exposure. The pool is available for use from Memorial Day Weekend to the end of September, weather permitting and the occupancy rate. Yes, the Harbor Mist has grills along with a picnic area equipped with tables and umbrellas.

The location is great and the owners are super nice.
I didn't expect the Ritz staying in Wildwood but since this hotel had high stars and good reviews on here I booked it online for Labor Day weekend. That being said - we checked in on a Friday night to our 2 bedroom room. It was really gross. The rug throughout was wet with a smell (we were told they are near the ocean, but I've stayed near the ocean many times) with a piece of it just randomly cut out and then pieced back in. The sofa bed was stained beyond belief and when I unfolded it was rusty. So the clean sheets on it had rust marks on

This place is fantastic. It's close to the beach. It's close to the boardwalk. The single greatest feature of this place is the service! The owners personally introduced themselves and have been bending over backwards, trying to satisfy our booking requirements. It's not a Mariot or Hilton, but it's not trying to be. However, you will not find better service elsewhere!

We will not be staying here again. Room was advertised as 2 BR size for 6 people and was very small. Advertised queen beds in each room and was not, using twin beds. 1 AC unit for all rooms was not cool in BR's. Advertised heated pool was cold and heater broken since May. When mentioned to the office, they said "no one else has complained". Customer wifi was slow upload and download and not as advertised. Advertised laundry as an amenity and was not. One bathroom for 6 people with small toilet was not sufficient. We made the best of it for the few days spent there. Needs an upgrade.

We had a great time at The Harbor Mist. Diana was wonderful, very accommodating to my family and made our stay very pleasant. The location is great, close to the beach, and the rooms were clean. The motel has the classic Wildwood feel, and if that is what you're looking for you will be happy. Great location, clean pool, clean rooms, great value, and friendly people - for a family like mine with young children what more can you ask for? We are looking forward to staying here again.

Depends on what you're looking for. If you're expecting the Hilton, move on. If you're looking for a good place to stay with no frills, you've found it. Customer service is great!! The lady behind the counter is great! She was very helpful. I feel like I asked her for two thousand special requests: can we park there early, do you do late check out, early check in, can we leave the car there after checking out, etc. While she didn't always say yes, she didn't just first it say no. She always took the time to look up availability or verify the possibility. Basically, I never felt brushed aside, rather
