The five stars is for the staff here, they have been so amazing and on top of everything since I moved in. These apartments themselves aren’t the best at all but this staff made first apartment experience more then amazing and I truly appreciate their positive and kind attitude towards anything I called about!

Pros: spacious place, decent rent price, nice park, dog friendly areas, apartment looks better in the inside
Con: A LOT of noise, smoking, utilities not included, no bike racks, kinda gross throughout, sketchy neighborhood
Shoutout to the maintenance crew otherwise, the thing that makes this place horrible to live in is the other tenants/neighbors. If you are at all a sensitive sleeper or even have any slight noise intolerance, this is not the place for you. As a 3rd shift worker, I have been able to experience all the noise at all the hours that these people can produce. Cars with modified

So far so good!!! I was having some trouble finding a place to process my application timely and I finally applied at Sycamore Woods!!! Jonathan to my rescue!!!! He got my application and processed it in two days!!! I was approved. It was fabulous. I hope I love living here (I think I will) as much as I loved how fast Jonathan helped me get approved!!!! Everyone should call him. He understands how important it is to have a new place to live! So far I'm loving my apartment! It's just me and my dog, but so far it's great! I'll post another review in six months!!! THANK YOU, Jonathan for your excellent

Don't believe everything you see on old Google reviews. People rarely go back and change them even if the place has gotten better.
Now I have lived here 3 different times. Back in 2008, 2009 and from 2015 to now. Every single time I come back this complex has improved.
I would say the biggest difference would have to be the staff from the office. The maintenance guys are very friendly and respectful. I sent a work order through their website, twice for different reasons, and a maintenance guy stopped by to fix the issue in less than an hour.

What an amazing turn around, I rented a one bedroom here, newly renovated and updated. I loved my neighbors, the staff was so helpful and maintenance was always right on time. I would recommend this place to anyone. I have a dog and it was nice that he could go out and run around. Wide Open spaces. 2017
