Our owner and director, Jessica Plotnick, PA-C, MMSc is one of New York's premier sclerotherapists. Jessica regularly trains others in the field of sclerotherapy and has treated thousands of men and women, of all skin colors since 1998! Sclerotherapy is a treatment of spider and varicose veins that involves the injection of a solution into a vein, which irritates the inside of the vessel wall, causing it to collapse and completely disappear.
Botox Cosmetic is a simple, non-surgical and safe treatment that can temporarily smooth moderate to severe facial wrinkles in adults of all ages. Botox Cosmetic is injected into certain muscles in the face to relax them and lessen the appearance of wrinkles that result from our daily expressions such as crow's feet, frown lines and laugh lines.
CPW Vein & Aesthetic Center's Chemical Peels are very different from the standard. Everyone is different. We will spend have a consultation with you to discuss what is your best treatment option. So depending on what you're trying to treat or restore it can typically take 3-6 painless treatments to reach your goal.

Jessica and her team provide great service and also happen to be really lovely people. I am SO happy with the outcome of the work -- I look younger and less tired, but it's completely natural (even my husband doesn't notice!). Jessica explains everything she is going to do, is also excited about results, always runs on time, and has a nice clean office. She remembers everything about your face and your life so while she's working the surface, there's always some healing that happens on a deeper level.

Jessica is AMAZING. I saw her for a broken blood vessel on my face that I've had for almost 20 years. I've seen many dermatologists who would tell me that all I could do for it was to get it lasered so over the years I've done sessions with laser. I saw Jessica Plotnick, PA-C for spider veins on my nose bridge. Five stars are not enough to rate her. She is professional, knowledgeable, thorough, personable, kind and caring, in other words all the attributes a good professional in her filed should have. About 2 years ago, I came to CPW to have Dr. Plotnick extinguish my ugly spider veins on my legs. WOW! My legs look 20 years younger, and they still look great years later so I thought it was time to say THANK YOU Jessica!!! It took a cou of sessions, and oh I hated having to wear the compression stockings for a day after, but WHAT a difference! And it DID help my circulation! No more puffy ankles, creaky knees, or sore legs by the end of the day. Yaaaay! I do recommend doing the procedure during Fall/Winter (when your legs are already under wraps), but by bathing suit weather... TaDaaah

Really great experience from start to finish! Everyone is very welcoming and professional and prepared me very well for the experience, and upon arrival I was seen right away which is always a huge plus for me. I am a Pediatrician in solo practice on the UES for the past 24 years. I am so impressed with Jessica Plotnick and her removing all my varicose veins in 2 sessions with very little pain. She wrapped up my legs and I went directly to work. I followed her instructions re compression stockings (get them there) and had a mild problem a week later. It's obvious Jessica is passionate about what she does. And she's very good at it. Both personable and professional, Jessica actually takes the time to explain the process and answer questions until you are comfortable. I can't say enough about that place. I went there twice for sclerotherapy . Everyone is very accommodating and nice. I had to reschedule my second visit and there wasn't a problem or attitude about it. Is is so important for the business to have right person at the front desk and that place has it.
