I had a great experience here. The doctor not only was very nice but also informed me well about what was going on with my eyes. Any questions I asked he answered with thorough explanations. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Had some good laughs with them while checking out. Highly recommend this place for your eye exams.

Love this office. Staff is very helpful. Had my eye exam then ordered my glasses. Had to call my insurance for coverage reasons and the staff was patient and helpful with speaking with them and explaining what the issue was. It was cleared up. Can’t wait for my new glasses.

So much to love! Where to start? No long waits. Covid adherence and distance protocols without compromising warmth and friendliness. Dr. Sherry Briggs is exceptional! Discussions about test results are conversational and thorough.
More personally, at my last visit, I wasn't my normal sparkly self. I shared with Dr. Briggs that my mom had died. It could have been met with a deer in the headlights stare, but it wasn't. She was so caring and kind that it allowed me a rare moment of feeling okay not being okay.
I will always appreciate that in her.

I had not been comfortable with my previous eye doctor. I always felt that he was more interested in getting you in and out quickly. He did not demonstrate concern for his patient and I was upset how he handled his office during the Pandemic. He closed his doors and I could not get in touch with anyone. There was no concern for his patients.
I decided to search out for a new doctor. After my first visit at EyeCare Concepts I am happy I made the change. I think Dr Wilkins is a very good Optometrist doctor and thorough with his examination. He takes time with you with addressing your concerns. I

Very pleased with my first visit. It was somewhat unusual to hear the doctor tell me that my new prescription would improve my vision so slightly that he wouldn’t recommend that I purchase new glasses yet. I appreciate that he was ethical and told me the truth. I am happy to say this is where I will come in the future.

Wow! This place is fantastic! I had to call last minute to get an apt and the front desk staff was very accommodating. There was very little wait to be seen. Not only were the front desk ladies pleasant, they found me a coupon to use for my exam. Dr. Wilkins completed my exam and I have to say was very genuine, down to earth and thorough from start to finish. He actually takes the time to explain eye health and addresses any concerns you may have. I would DEFINITELY recommend this place for your eye care needs.

After enduring headaches for years because someone somewhere else neglected to adjust my prescription for my astigmatism properly, Dr. Wilkins' service was exceptional and fixed the problem. He was super-nice and actually explained things to me and was fantastic answering questions. I highly recommend this doctor and this facility. I have not Yelped in ages, but really wanted to make sure that this place got my good review!
