I took my car in to have a long overdue checkup and the subsequent maintenance. The guys at Riker's were attentive and courteous, and took care of my car as I'd hoped. They also went the extra mile with small but needed services at no extra charge. I recommend Riker's for your automobile maintenance.

The guys at Rikers are super friendly and helpful. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation on a Saturday, without an appointment, and it was finished within an hour or 2! Great job!

These guys are fast and efficient. They’ve worked on all of my vehicles for multiple issues and were able to have the vehicle completed and returned before C.O.B the same day. They stand by their warranties on all parts they install. Great group of guys!

Upon walking into this repair shop a customer was informed they could not fix the gentleman's issue due to computer limitations since they do not have rights/nor had the software to fix the issues the gentleman came for, he was not charged for any labor.
When my vehicle was serviced for a brake fluid I was charged less than $200 which was by far less than the dealership who would charge me $300. I also received a free tire rotation due to them needing to remove my tires anyways. This brake fluid change service took them approximately 30min to complete while many other cars were in que for services

Great place! Friendly, told me drop my car off anytime. I was having problems with my transmission light being on and car shuddering and jerking during acceleration. I figured it would be long,expensive transmission job, and so did they at first. When they called me and told me it was just a sensor and less than $300 it was an awesome surprise. I have no clue about anything to do with cars, so if your like me and don't want to be taken advantage of, this is the place!

I was having a rough week leading up to Thanksgiving. My dog was very sick, I had a seizure that caused me to miss work, and when I was able to go back to work, my car broke down on my drive in. I can only drive during the day, so missing even a day of work and pay is very hard for me to recover from.

Had my vehicle towed there.. they charged me for a Diagnostic test… told me I needed a new starter. 8 days later vehicle dies again… had it towed… and first they said it was the starter. I said you just did that 8 days ago.. then told me I had a bad battery.. and it took the new battery to find out that the starter didn’t work.
So I ask.. what was the Diagnostic test for?? They should have known then. They never provided me with a Diagnostic paperwork. Guess I was to take their word on it. I only went here out of convenience.

We had a great experience with Riker's Automotive, and we will return. We had to get a tail-light unit (the entire part, not just the bulb replaced), and their fee for service + the part was very fair based on our research. My family and I drove to Florida from NJ and toward the end of our trip we started to hear this grinding sound on the rear driver side. We thankfully got to our destination without breaking down. My husband called Rikers the next day and they were able to take in our car that same day. They diagnosed the problem quickly and informed us it would be done the SAME day!! It was super impressive. They saved our trip. The staff was extremely professional and were genuinely wanting to help fix the problem without overcharging and being very honest.

This is the second time I have taken my vehicle to Riker's Automotive on Central Florida Parkway for maintenance and have been very satisfied with the service. On both occasions, issues were found with my vehicle that was not detected by techs at the Dealership.
I am very pleased with their service as I have also been there twice for maintenance checks and on both occasions, was treated with courtesy and respect by the individuals I came in contact with, by checking the tires, injecting air if needed as well as adding oil if its needed without charge as I am on the road daily and travel to locations

Our daughters A/C was not cooling in her 2014 Hyundai Tucson. Unfortunately it was just out of warranty. She called the dealer and they couldn't fit her in for several weeks. Our good friends had told us about Riker's in the past. We contacted them and they said "We've been taking our cars there for years, they've never let us down and we highly recommend them."

Went to get my oil changed. Went under the car to check my tires and came to find out they sealed my oil pan drain plug with silicon. They did not even mention to me they had done this. Very disappointed

Our son and daughter in law were in Orlando on vacation and their car was idling rough, again. We had it worked in months ago, by another mechanic, for the same issue and we're told the issue was repaired. I drove from Buffalo NY to Orlando FL with TEN CHILDREN and my wife. I had a very bad steering issue during my ride down.
I spent $1400 at another repair shop with better reviews who did not fix my steering issues, and charged me an extra $100 prior to the repair because "Your car is from the North and will have rust."
This shop found the problem after ten minutes with it, a steering U-Joint that was in significant failure.
I am sick inside that I got taken for a ride at JC tire and Auto, but am happy to report that the problem is solved and at literally half the cost. Thanks again

The automotive service is great. Was a little off putting that they have reduced the television options to the extreme Right channel in the waiting room. There seemed to be little care of the counterman that not everyone shares Rikers political views.

Found this automotive place via Yelp since I recently moved to the area and I was needed a local repair shop that was reputable. I had taken my car to the service department at the dealer and was given a ridiculous estimate as they always tend to do. Literally the best mechanic shop I have ever been to. The staff is beyond friendly and helps you out along the way. They always tell you the price thought for the repair before they fix your car. Ive never had anyone over price me or take me for my money here. The job gets done right. I don't trust anyone else with my car but Rikers.

Elwin turned our vacation car breakdown nightmare into a "magical" experience. Our car overheated twice driving 3 miles from our hotel to the Disney. AAA referred us to Ricker's. Dealt with Sean the entire time to have my 2001 Mercedes looked at. They were quick with a diagnosis and aways had us in mind when taking care of my car. Even though they couldn't service my car due to a transmission computer problem, Riker's held my car for 5 days without a hassle since I lived in Miami and had to get to work from Orlando.
