If I could I’d give this place a negative 1. This was the first place I moved into in this state. This place has roaches, mice, fleas, and bugs I have never seen before. Holes in the walls, and you can hear what sounds like mice in the walls. There cover them up with some type of foam spray, but they eat through it. There’s leakage from over head. Very high water bills as you have to split the cost between the people in the building. They are a shady company. The new manger Shellie is racist and talks down to you. She will place a notice for court if you don’t pay rent by the first week of
