Apartments are infested with mice. I’m sure I’m am not the only parent that lives here and has to deal with mice and the potential diseases they carry. I am so fed up with this complex. I know that the issues going on here were long here before I arrived. You can’t put bandaids over problems that need major fixing. You allow perspective tenants to tour units that are no where near the low tier conditions they end up receiving, have them sign a lease before you even allow them to tour their actual unit and ultimately force them to deal with what ever terrible conditions. You want rent on time

Random power outages they claim are citywide however no other building on the same street experiences such issues. Maintenance is terrible and takes forever to respond and when they do they never actually fix the issue. The buildings are infested with mice and roaches and there is also a issue with sewage on the ground floor. I don't understand how this complex has not been shut down by the health department

Update: Management reached out to me only after this review and said the problem should be resolved for good. Yet here I am 4 weeks later going on day 4 with no AC on 90+ degree days. Apparently the AC needed a part when the problem started but they continued to ghetto fix it. Idk what to do at this point, they’ve been contacted several times in 3 days and no one has gotten back to me.
I am currently headed to a family members home with 2 kids at 3am because we’ve been without AC since 3 am yesterday. It was 87 degrees in my home at one point. Maintenance has come out a total of 8 times to

I am a resident of an apartment complex by the name of Seneca Village Apartments in Gaithersburg, MD. I signed my lease in March of 2020 and it was not disclosed to me at the time of signing that my building has had for years an issue with the main sewer line backing up into ALL ground level apartments. Since March of last year we have been fighting this plumbing issue. The complex is aware of the issue. Yesterday, July 4th was the straw that broke the camel's back! I placed a call to our emergency maintenance line at roughly 9am. A maintenance person did not show up until 5:08pm to tell us there

Our sink has always been clogged and most of the maintenance personnel were not able to help us. We have been having this issue for a long time and this morning I had Mr.Sononkpon came to my apartment and helped us clearing the issue for once and for all. He is a wonderful person and I will recommend anyone to request him when submitting a work order.
