I have been living at Spring Ridge for one year now it is a very nice place to live, surrounded by trees this provides balcony privacy. also Kathy and Reina in the office are very kind and helpful when assistance is needed. the apartments are also very spacious. it is close to the mall very convenient, honestly everything you need is here, I could not be more pleased with my experience here at Spring Ridge..... keep up the great work Kathy and Raina!!

I applied for an apartment at spring ridge I paid $57 application fee and $300 down payment. I was told the apartment will be ready on 12/8/2017 for me to go see,I went there on that day it was not ready ,I called on 16th of December it was not ready .I was promise a third floor ,carpet and black appliances.when the apartment was ready for me to go and see it was on the first floor ,no carpet,and it had white appliances and when i said i dont want they dont want to give me my deposit back to me even though they said it was refundable.These people are thieves I have already reported them toDHCA

I have lived at this property since December 2016. Dishwasher I reported leaked profusely at move in causing me to fall several times. After a year of disrepair it was replaced. I was overcharged rent $46 per month for 14 months. The management deducted money off my future rent they did not offer to pay me the actual cash owed to me. They have 2 maintenance workers and no security. Recently I had items taken from my apartment by someone who had a key while at cancer therapy!

In my opinion is the worst place to live from the management position to the maintance people they are rude they treat worst than animals went you go to put a complain they say they can't do anything you have to live between drug dealers and more. The maintance people are racism you have to wait a week to get something fix in your apartment and when you ask them to change the carpet in your apartment or to paint your apartment they say to your face "we will do it when you leave the apartment" I DO NOT recomend to live there.
