While in the process of trying to get paperwork done, unfortunately there have been many hiccups on the Tennant side. Management and interns have been so kind and graciously working their best with us Tennant's allowing us the extra time needed and because of they're humanity in understanding, unlike many other places who simply see you as a source of income, we are able to continue the process and cannot wait to be a part of this community !!

Front Office management has changed several times in only one year and there is only one maintenance employee for this entire community. No security and very limited parking especially in the front townhomes where the leasing office is located. New Owners/management could do a better job of understanding tenants needs.

I have been here for a year and am leaving for Woodbridge Virginia at the end of my lease. The management team has been pretty good...they try to make sure things are done right, and I havent had any issues with maintenance requests. The area has been great. Lots of families , very quiet, walking distance to bus to Shady Grove. I havent had an issue with crime. Here are my issues:
-Washing and Drying machines are way to expensive! 1.75 each!
-The common storage area is a joke. They say you have a dedicated area, but I could never figure out which one was mine. They are all in such horrible

Towne Crest has been home for just under a year and I must say that thus far, I have been happy with the decision to live here. I am sure my wife agrees :). The management team was extremely helpful in the initial stages of moving in, and have remained very professional yet amicable. The maintenance staff are quick to respond and generally do quite well in fixing my issues which have been few and far between.
Our neighbors are like an extended family. Our children enjoy the playground and look forward to playing with the other children from the neighboring units.

Unfortunate. That's really the best way to sum up the experience of living here. When we moved in, a little over 2 years ago, we were attracted to the price versus space and that has turned out to be the only possible selling point for this property.
It seems as though the management company does not know (or care) about how this particular office handles things. They have a long-standing request to tear down this complex and rebuild higher end units and it shows in their standard of maintenance and the quality of the employees that they have working in the complex.
