These apartments are trash, been living here for a VERY long time and i’ve been meaning to move out but covid happened, my apartment is infested with roaches and ive had a little encounter with mice. these apartments are outdated and filthy. i don’t suggest anyone to move here. this rate deserves 0/5 🤷🏽♂️

Not very happy with this company, the case is my wife and I we fill out an rent application around the second week of August 2021, we paid for the background check and $100 deposit returnable if decided not to rent with them. Around September 10th we let them know we are not longer interested to rent with them and we would like be returned our deposit… after this date we made many phone calls to get our money back and just couple times they answered with the promise they will review our case, by the way we made many calls with not answers. Today 10/11/2021 once again no answer. We Tried to contact

Ive lived here for a year and didn’t know they were infested with roaches until a week after I moved in. Honestly if it wasn’t for the roaches it would have been a tolerable place to live. But I’ve had to throw out half my belongings upon moving out because of how bad the bug problem was. Management will say that they’ve come by to treat the problem but spraying for cockroaches every month doesn’t fix that. They still come back because they live in the walls. It’s been a very unpleasant experience. Do not move here!

I absolutely adore the property manager and assistant property manager. They are so so pleasant. We live next to the playground so of course it can get noisy but we signed up for that! We’ve also had our share of maintenance problems but the maintenance workers are always quick to jump on whatever problem you may experience. Our neighbors are friendly, it’s a clean building, spacious apartment and the office is so accommodating and kind. I have nothing bad to say about any of the apartment building’s employees! We are gladly renewing our lease.
