I’ve been working with Kimmer Collison-Ris for nearly a year. She is incredibly knowledgeable and it is very clear that she is passionate about the work. She is constantly studying the changing science and often shares very Interesting details about new studies that have been released. Finding mental health professionals in this area has become nearly impossible during the pandemic due to high demand and I feel so fortunate to have been able to be taken in as a new patient during this time as they have had limited availability.

Reached out for help from Brian Noonan. No answer on main phone during business hours, so I left a message. No response. One week later, left another message. Found their website a week later and submitted a new patient inquiry. No response. 1 week later (after business hours) got a voicemail from Mark, the receptionist that was almost inaudible saying go to the website and submit a new patient inquiry. Called the number they called from back, its just a recorded loop that hangs up at the end. Frustrated and desperate I find the office in Ballard to inquire about new patients. Find out from the

Brian Noonan treated me for years until I encountered the most difficult struggle of my life, then he abandoned me without a referral, ignored my questions and needs, and publicly shamed me for being mentally ill. After a long time, I still can't heal from this trauma because he won't resolve the conflict or even explain why. I lost my self-worth and hope because of him. He doesn't care that I'm suffering.

Most unresponsive, uncaring service I've ever received from a medical professional. Their phone number is just voicemail, they take forever to respond, and on top of it all, they try to charge you $25 to send medication refills on top of making you fill out a whole online form for things they should already have on record. Worst experience ever.

THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE
I made an apointment, then they cancelled the morning of as they listed me as a patient for Alcoholism. This is not what I signed up so not sure where they got that. I called which is just a voicemail. I got a call later back and they told me I can only make apointments online. I told them my concerns about making appointments online then the man told me to find another clinic and hung up on me.

After trying other methods before and having mixed, but not completely successful results, this method appears to be working for me. The initial evaluation is very convenient and personally interactive (even though it is a web meeting). A computer with internet access, a microphone and a camera is needed.

Don’t recommend. They don’t follow up when you leave various voicemails and send emails even when it’s for an urgent refill. You cannot talk to someone unless you want to talk to billing or go there in person. They will not clearly detail how payments work until after they’ve charged your credit card on file.
