I am driving into Myrtle Beach on a Friday night. The house we rent is not available until Saturday. Surfside Beach Oceanfront Hotel will not let me stay there as they have 2 night minimum stay. Imagine a business that does not your money? I have stayed there in the past and no issues with the 1 night. Terrible business practices!!! And no one can tell me why, only that it is corporate decision. So I guess i will look around for another hotel who wants my money.

I have stayed at several of their properties and can't sing their praises enough. I am not the easiest guest in the world as I expect certain amenities and services when paying top dollar for for a hotel. They walk the fine line of being attentive, efficient, and helpful without bothering you. Whenever I go on vacation, I check to see if they have a property because they are always my first choice! I have to guess that anyone that doesn't agree with me on this is either a bad person and or using reviews to get free things.

I was an guess at the Litchfield Inn in Pawley's Island although the room attendents were very helpful the supervisor , "ERIC" WAS VERY UNPLEASANT when asked for extra towels and regular coffee he snapped as if it was a problem so I had to ask the person at the front desk, Thanks to Wayne he gave me what I needed, but I will not stay their again.
