Took 10 days just to get my water filter changed when they placed an older model refrigerator in my apartment rather repairing the newer model refrigerator that was in my apartment. It just keeps going with the poor management.

Management just doesn't care about the upkeep or residents. Building two seems as if an electrical fire will start when the lights turn on. We've reported it, and nothing has been done.

Maintenance came after one knock while I was actually using my bathroom and I had already informed them that I work from home and could not talk atm . He came in instantly after one knock didn't say hello I only. Left the top lock unlocked because I was expecting something to be delivered. These keys to everyone's apartments was left in my door for over 5 hours this is very dangerous and upsetting, this place is getting more and more careless

Moving into this apartment they did not fix anything upon me moving in during a PANDEMIC, there's was chocolate all over my floor broken cabinets and feces on the patio , they took about a week of me being in here to come and clean it let me remind you mid PANDEMIC disgusting!!! I also had mold on my door I asked 7 times for them to clean it and… they came and cleaned everyones around mines but mines They also placed me in a floor plan that I did not agree too and now 7 months in we got new management they charge 33 to pay your rent online now and i called in a week ago about my ac not working
