I love these apartments. The staff here is awesome and all of them are very accommodating. The property is beautiful and is well maintained. The apartments are very spacious. The maintenance team is great! They address any and all service requests very quickly. Everything about this community is great, I definitely recommend living here! :)

Roomy & the pictures look exactly like the apartment, but the roaches really make you look pass everything they are EVERYWHERE in your clothes, bathroom, sink etc etc even if your apt is clean you still have to smack a roach every 15 minutes it’s so annoying! This is my first apartment but I can’t even enjoy it like I want too because I’m literally sharing the place with roaches and anything else that decides to come into my home and I’m a very clean person I don’t keep trash or food in my home, but lesson learned time to start looking for another place

I hardly ever leave reviews because I try to be patient and give everyone the benefit of the doubt. I’ve called and left several of voicemails and emails for the past 2 months about the horrible roach infestation in my apartment. I was told by the exterminator that my home was clean and definitely not the problem but there was a major problem in my building from another unit. After several sprays and treatments it’s getting worse and the management staff has yet to contact me or assist. I have small children and this is not acceptable and a way we will live. I understand Covid and certain restrictions

THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!! THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE...IT TAKES THEM HOURS TO GET TO YOUR APARTMENT TO SERVICE IT, AND THAT'S MONDAY THRU FRIDAY....IF IT'S ON THE WEEKEND YOU WILL NOT GET ANY SERVICE .... I HAVE WAITING HOURS ON THE WEEKEND AND CALLED OVER 10 TO 15 TIMES TO HAVE SOMETHING AS SIMPLE AS THE CHANGE OF A BATTERY IN THE SMOKE DETECTOR TO BE CHANGED AND NO ANSWER FROM 10:25 AM UNTIL 6:53 PM AND STILL NO SERVICE !!!!!!!!

I've been living here for almost a year now and I absolutely love the apartments. Never had problems with any break ins of any sort, quiet, and always felt safe. The only con I have is that I have had problems with roaches and other bugs including nats occasionally coming into my apartment all the time. When I brought the issue up to management they said they would handle it had it sprayed twice and when the issue still persisted they told me I had to figure it out which sucks for me due to my phobia of bugs. Other than that I would definitely recommend living here. :)

Excellent apartments! I've been a resident for 4 years and I can honestly say it's a wonderful complex. Friendly neighbors, quiet at night, safe and secure, no break ins in the 4 years I've been living there. Only cons are cable service, you can't choose who you want, you have to get what the apartment complex has. But it's not such a bad thing. Another con would be parking, sometimes parking lot gets packed, wish there was assigned parking. But for the price it's not a deal breaker. Very affordable apartments!
