Deerbrook Place is a highly recommended safe place to live & with many amenities. The tenants are friendly & the management staff continues to provide "Superior" service. My parent has resided here since its opening & she continues to be extremely "HAPPY" & Iam too. All seeking a new place to call home should most definitively speak with Community Manager, Ms. Michelle Preston as she is always friendly/approachable, caring, eager to assist & solves issues as it arises. Thank you "everyone" continuing to make this a great place to live!!!

The landscaping at this apartment complex is simply Beautiful. The staff at Deerbrook Place Apartments were very helpful and knowledgeable about the complex. They were having some type of activity with the residents and they were available to assist me. I received outstanding service from the staff. Thank you Deerbrook Place Apartments!!

During my visit/tour of this Apartment Complex, I was met at the door by a young lady with brightest and sweetest smile. Her professionalism made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I had visited other facilities but this was the best. Even though it was very busy, that didn't deter her from adhering to my concerns and/or questions. I never felt… uneasy in talking with her. She is a God send to this place. The tour of property was awesome, the landscape..simply beautiful and well kept. The entire place was emaculant.
