I don't know why I see such bad reviews for these apartments. For those of us who live here, we know that the area is quiet, that there is good maintenance service, there is a young man working who has a lot of experience even though it may not seem like it, one of the best maintenance teams in area. The pool is just beautiful.I would recommend living here

This apartments are like a suped-up Kashmere Gardens. They don't fix stuff. All these apartments and one big nasty pool. Trash all in parking lot when a dumpster is close by. People just to lazy or don't care about their living environment. In addition the south side of the apartments smell like the sewer plant that's built right next door. I would hope those people got a discount because I am sure they were not made aware of. Minor details. Also the garages leak which is an extra payment without repairs either. Needless to say stuff got wet and damaged. That was extra money wasted. The ac unit

My spouse had his vehicle stolen in March, my vehicle has had several attempted break ins in the past two months. Neighbors have mentioned their vehicles being broken into every other week. There are only cameras in the front not the back of the building, they know it’s an issue but do nothing to resolve it. After discovering damage to my car it took an entire day for them to get back to us about a garage so that we would have leave of mind parking at night. My spouse had to rush to their office after several attempts made to pay them for the garage. He was told they weren’t sure if they had

I have been a resident for the last two years and have no complaints. The staff are friendly and maintenance responds in a timely manner. I had some issues with kids playing in the parking lot and throwing rocks..I reported it to Domonique who works in the office, and it was taken care of immediately. Apartments are clean and well kept. Rent is reasonable and the living Area is spacious. I Highly recommend!

The leasing PROFESSIONAL Dominique is so kind and helpful. You can tell she is genuine when it comes to her helping you. My tour with her was great! This place is a little far from my employment however If anything changes this is where i will end up. Every complex needs a Dominique in the leasing office lol

Dominique is so awesome. She’s always super friendly and informative. Please keep her here forever. If she ever leaves I’ll leave lol she’s the only thing that’s worth anything at this place.
