Here at Indulgence Salon, we love what we do and take pride in our work. Since 2006, located in the beautifully-renovated Central Block, our clients immediately notice our welcoming atmosphere and instantly feel at ease with our stylists.

Tracy has been a stylist for over 35 years and purchased Indulgence Salon in 2011 from her sister, Terrie. She has taken multiple courses at the Redken Exchange in NYC including Cut and Know Why, Color and Know Why, and hands on classes with Sam Villa. Tracy also has taken live courses on bridal hair styling in Baltimore with Martin Parsons.
At our Hair Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. Tracy was my stylist today . It was my first time coming in and wanted some ash highlights on my box black died hair, so already coming in with a challenging task. Tracy was so professional and attentive to my request, she put the health of my hair first. Acheiving very closely to my wants of color while maintaining the integrity and health of my hair. The cut she did was better than my request and her attention and patience to detail was spot on. I absolutely love the outcome and have already sqeadule my next appointment!!! After 2 years here im Pittsfield I' finally found my new salon. Very happy

If you’re looking for a new salon/stylist, this is a great place to go. Colleen has been doing my hair for just under a year and she does an amazing job. Everyone is friendly and the ambiance is great. I’ve only had my hair done, but they offer many other services too! I’m glad I made the switch and started going there!

So pleased to have been referred to Tracy. My hair can be a little difficult to cut having many cowlicks, Tracy's cuts are easy to work with. I was traveling 60 miles one way to Longmeadow MA to have a style & cut. Being a professional running my own business time was important. Now I just set my appointments a month in advance and it's 10 minutes away my life is much better!
